Very cosy, very Nice staff

Great location, reasonable breakfast, and great staff.

Family feel. Very friendly helpful staff. Short walk to central Pisa. Loved the breakfast room which will be even more wonderful in Summer. Had a double and two singles in our room - very comfortable and perfect for one night. Able to leave luggage there and they booked a taxi for us.

Breakfast was excellent, with a good range of food. Breakfast staff was helpful and attentive and made great coffee. Actual room was a good size with a comfy bed. The villa is located about 10 minutes walk from Pisa tower and surrounding restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.

Room was a little tired and although very clean and comfortable could probably due with a bit of a makeover

Location is not so good as it is not that close to the train station. Hotel could renovate the rooms.

Decent location, very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful building with alot of potential, hosts were attentive.

Unfortunately the photos are not representative of how the rooms actually look. The whole place is very dated, with poor, cheap finishing - has alot if potential but is just not there. I found it very poor value for money. My primary issue was the noise levels, you could hear absolutely everything, absolutely no sound proofing whatsoever, especially in the morning so much noise coming from the hosts chatting and having coffee - quite unprofessional i found. Hosts were nice and accommodating overall just seemed to lack awareness of running a professional accommodation. Could not recommend to stay here.

I liked that the staff were extremely helpful and were so gracious with check in times and were overall so nice to us. The location was also so close to the main sights and for the price is an absolute steal

Great place to visit Pisa. The accommodation is just ten minutes away from the center of Pisa by walk. The breakfast was great and the room is big. We can highly recommend it :)

Fantastic breakfast, free parking behind the fence, very good location - 10mins walk to leaning tower, friendly stuff speaking english, good wifi, windows were protected againts mosquitos intrusion - very important here!

The only weak spot was bathroom - narrow and short entrance, gap betwen shower doors when closed so the water was splashing on the floor, it was obvious there was a problem with humidity on the walls.

Free parking, friendly staff on arrival, great location in a quiet residential area, 10 mins walk to the Tower of Pisa. The house itself is beautiful. The room was good for a family of 4 and the beds were comfy. We didn't have breakfast as had to leave early so can't comment on that but it was available. 20 mins drive to the airport across town.

The fridge was too small to store drinks and food especially in summer when you love to keep your drinks and fruits cold and fresh. Breakfast area too small when guests from 4 different rooms take the breakfast at the same time. Would have be nicer to offer breakfast outside in the nice garden instead of inside in a tiny little space.

the B&B is next to a quite busy road, for light sleepers can be a challenge…

it is 20 min. walk from the Pisa tower and down town but you can park there for free. 3 minutes by car,deserve the price and distance. (Too close to the downtown there is too busy and noisy)The neighbor is very nice

Super comfy beds

Old style villa. Lovely calm atmosfere. Relaxing. Bed is comfy. Has airco. 35 mins walk to train.

Breakfast could be better. Very basic. You have to book taxi well in advance. If you are late getting in to Pisa the getting of a taxi will be a problem.
