The peace and tranquility of the place. The stunning scenery, beautiful gardens with colourful flowers everywhere, two minutes walk to the beach from our room, clean beach and not crowded and above all the so helpful staff. The hospitality was top notch. The other welcoming inhabitants you get to hear are the cicadas. Their chorus becomes the background noise that blocks out any noise. It is the natural noise that is not man-made and it is rather a lovely tune.

They didn't serve Greek yoghurt for breakfast to serve with fruits. But it was not a biggy because I didn't ask for it.

A great hotel within greenery and with its own beach. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. From the chef who adjusted the dinner menu for us after learning that we’re vegetarian to the lovely lady who saw us off with a cup of water -as is Turkish custom-, every single personnel there did their best to make us as comfortable as possible. Our thanks again to all the staff. Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless. Also I must add, the food were incredibly delicious! I highly recommend to anyone that’s willing to spend a peaceful and gorgeous holiday.

Nothing really only one thing, it did not happen to me but only I heard it. ,which can be improved The arrival of one family was earlier than check in and they were informed that they can have breakfast with payment . Indeee in europe or other hotels no one has ask to pay for breakafast if you arrive early as it is open buffet I think it will be very nice to serve breakfast without charge to early arrivals . Such a nice hotel could handle this ;)

I will include info for two rooms with some recommendation when you book a room from Golden Key Hisarönü. Location : It is silent bay, you can find some restaurants close by but not many options. I would say the best restaurant around is the hotel's restaurant. Food is natural, fresh and tasty. Because of the location you cam find many variations in activity in close destination but still it is possible to arrange whatever you want. The city center is not that far (20km). Easieast options are water activities. We did boat tour full day which was not expenssive and a nice one. It was really nice to sit on sofa in the garden at evening, spending time in hotel area. Staff: Honestly, possibly It was the best customer service that I had seen. They helped us about everything. Sometimes about things that had nothing to do with hotel. We had some minor issues which could be a little bit problematic, but because of staff, how they approached the problem etc. everything resolved easily. Additionally, at the end they have very nice way of "saying good bye", really kind surprise. If you are sensitive about nature, you will like it. Rooms: We were seven people(one baby, they have crib/cot) so we rented two rooms, one "Deluxe Flower Suite" and one "King suite with sea view". I stayed in Deluxe room which was really nice one. King suite was also nice but there was one issue which is related ro booking.com, because if you are rentng frok booking, you will sea all variations of king suite room in one description. So, I would recommend you even if you rent it from booking, contact the hotel and ask for specific details (like if it is on the first floor or second floor, or they have differences also depending on how much you can see the sea :) ). I visited city center (Marmaris) and I noticed how different the weather is between City center and Goldeb Key. It is a bit windy, really relaxing even it was very hot season.

Lovely facility, excellent gardens. Beach all pool all marvellous. Staff on beach especially friendly and helpful.
