Betten waren etwas hart. Bad könnte mal wieder gemacht werden.

No lift, but it is okay, because the staff helped to carry the baggage.

This place is really close to Qimen St and the station.

- Upon checking in, I have advised that I would like to pay with local currency but instead was charged with the incorrect currency (even though I've mentioned it so many times). - We had to change rooms during our stay (as they have apparently given us an upgrade). However, this was very inconvenient for us (to repack and pack again and again). - Breakfast was horrible and tasteless. Do not pay for breakfast! - Room was so small even for the price we paid.

Good location in Qianmen hutong, close to Temple of Heaven, Forbidden City and metro station. Interesting building of old bank. We were given a room even earlier than discusses, which was good after a night flight to China. Note: for people loving "local taste"

The staff sent me a message beforehand letting me know they were waiting for me. They had our booking available promptly and even though their printer wasn’t working, they resolved the issue quickly. I could tell they’re trying to make every guest’ experience remarkable. The breakfast wasn’t very big but it was tasty! I can’t believe I only paid about $25 with two free breakfasts included! It was pretty awesome. The property is also very traditionally looking. You feel like you’re staying at an old Chinese house, like the true Beijing haha. They had an actual bed (not the thin mattresses but a big one). And they have 24h reception. What I mostly loved was the staff though! Super nice and helpful.

The shower is in between the toilet and the sink haha. It’s quite the experience but it works I guess haha.

Very good location, in the local alley , close to a lot of restaurants and shops.

Hotel is very old, dingy and about to collapse. Bathroom was old and smelly, walls were dirty. It was very expensive for what it was (if we came back to Beijing we would stay somwhere else and pay the extra). Reception lady decided to press a pound payment on the reader without asking us and we paid extra £52 exchange rate fees. When we asked her politely to refund us and charge us again in Yuan she refused and said it was not her problem...
