Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool! The rooms were comfortable and we were able to bring our dog. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Service & staff weren't great. Our TV didn't work initially & we called the desk & they told us we had to wait until the evening person came in cuz that was the only one who knew about TVs. We ended up messing with the cables & got it working for the most part. Rooms aren't cleaned if staying more than 1 nite, nor are garbages emptied or new towels delivered. Maybe we're messy, but our family of 5 (plus a dog) needed new towels & emptied garbages after nite 1!

Beds uncomfortable. Room very sterile. Drain in shower very slow to drain.

Food was appealing tasted good. Location of our room, 115 was very nice in relation to our vehicle parking. Staff were nice.

Our sheets appeared to be burned. There were repetitious stain that appeared to be burns.. Perhaps from laundering (mangle). Bathroom sink was extremely slow in draining. My wife loves hot tubs. She thought yours was too warm. Dog dodo right outside our room. Careful where you stepped.

Where do I start with this review. When I checked in the lady that checked me in could not have been more unfriendly. I don't know if she was having a bad day, or what but I have never felt that level of coldness from any front desk person at a hotel before. I really can't describe it any other way. I got settled in my room and was hungry and went back to the front desk to ask about any local places she would recommend. It was about 6:15 PM. She flatly said no, everything closes early. Maybe Jimmy's. I literally had to ask her what Jimmy's was (it's a pizza place). No answer on the number she gave me (not her fault). Then she said I could drive to another town and see if anything there was open... so helpful. Thank you Google for the food assist. I eat and get back to my room and realize how dirty and unkempt it really was. Handle missing on the closet, dirt (hopefully not mold) in the AC unit, something in the sink, mold on the ceiling tiles, and the shower rod ripping off the wall. For this good of a location, and the price they charge, this is simply unacceptable. I almost went back upfront to say something, but the thought of dealing with the icy cold lady scared me enough to stay quiet and tough it out. Bed was hard, and the pillows are the size of travel pillows. It would be funny if it was a prank, but sadly it wasn't. But, they offered breakfast. Something to look forward to. Until it wasn't. Extremely dry eggs, sausagues that may have been able to pass for jerky. Nothing really appetizing. At least the apple juice was cold. From start to finish this was just a terrible stay. I don't like to be negative. I like to celebrate the good and ackowedge people/tings when they do well. Sadly, aside from the location, I can't honestly say anything good about this stay.

This was a 2-star room at a 5-star price. Had we paid less, I would have felt OK about it. No place to eat - had to go hunting for a restaurant.
