The location was fantastic and the room was charming (and the rooftop deck was the best!). I also loved my breakfasts at both places we went.

The balcony at top of property is fab! Great views! Quirky single room with a comfy bed but strange layout. Like getting breakfast out but I'm still missing that elusive fruit juice from Al Barrio!!

There is a place with microwave and some crockery you could make basic picnic items but no fridge and no washing up. Liquid so i don't know how they clean cups etc in the bathroom sink??! No kettle as was told it had broken - borrowed one from upstairs on advice of the owner.

this was the best place in Italy that we stayed. the location was excellent, the room was big, clean and comfy. also the hosts of the property could not have been more helpful and kind. we would definitely come back and highly rate it.

This is a good value in an excellent location. I stayed here one night before joining a tour. The building is full of charm and the rooms have amazing views. The rooftop terrace is fabulous! Deborah was very helpful and communicative!

If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you! It’s pretty loud and you can hear the other guests walking around (if you’re on a lower floor).

The first bar on the list had a comfy room for breakfast and quite large excellent pastries juice and coffee. We didn’t find the heat control until leaving but there were plenty of blankets.

we walked from the train station.. a bit of a walk! but beautiful!

The hotel is placed in the area right by restaurants and literally less than 5 min walk from the lake where you can rent a boat have a meal (amazing lake view) or take the ferry to cross over the other side. Staff is very helpful and keeps you updated with everything by sms . They also have a set up to keep your luggage if needed if you leave later than your check out time. We got our luggage back around 17h when check out was at 10/10h30 ... also they do not accommodate breakfast themselves they do give you ticket to have it in restaurant (3 choices) at 1 to 3 min walk from the hotel... the hot chocolate and patisserie are amazing! Do not miss out on the beautiful terrace available on the last floor if you fancied a take away and wanted to eat in! All the restaurant around are amazing but you get a mini shop and a take away pizza/ fish and chip shop 20 scdes walk for the place (no smell at all )

Location was great. Building was interesting and bathroom was clean and nice. The bedroom was crowded with furniture. The sofa barely fit the room and counting it as a bed for a third person was stretching the truth by a lot.

No breakfast coupons were in the room. Barilott was very nice and went ahead and gave us breakfast the 1st morning because someone had called them. We went to M27 the next day because Barilott was closed. M27 didn’t like that we had no breakfast ticket and eventually they gave in and provided it. Instructions for getting out of the building would have been helpful. You should let people know there’s a button to push to exit the building rather than having to use a key to exit.

Location is great and value for money

The room is hot and stuffy but the value for money is great at this bnb, I recommend staying to friends on a budget

Convenient location close to Lake Como and the ferry to Belagio.

Lots of stairs to negotiate for a cyclist. Totally automated check in process. Shared bathroom/ kitchen.Very warm in the room.

the view was incredible from the bedroom and roof top, the rooms were cleaned everyday. would highly recommend to anyone looking for a in town spot with amazing views.
