The check in and parking was fine, room was clean

The room was extremely noisy at night with trams and cars passing, people walking by the windows, it is a very busy road; tv does not connect to apps, we did not have bottled water in the room, check out was confusing, noone at the reception, we waited and we left cards in the safe box at the end

This hotel has amazing ladder and nice clock. We could take beautiful photos. Room had an interesting view. Windows are from old time. There was nice and comfortable to spend time. The staff were quiet nice and helpful))))

Looks beautiful, check in also without staff no issue at all since you receive a pin for entry and room.

Bed was too hard

The location itself is amazing – it’s really close to the central market and all historical attractions. The room we lived in was under the ceiling and it was extremely lovely to stay there!

The noise from the outside. I believe, there is no noise reduction system on the windows. Be prepared – at night you will hear any car riding down the street, any tram, any conversation from the street. We were forced to use earplugs :(

Breakfast was good, location also. Rooms were clean.

Very cold room and bathroom. Heater worked only little bit even after repair from the employe. Hot water was only warn, not hot.

I had a great 3 nights stay in the hotel Five Stars Bed&Breakfast. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. And the hotel is in a very good location with lots of good restaurants, cafes and bars close by. The historic center is also close by in walking distance. The breakfast was very good.

The breakfast could be improved. When I came at 9 am eggs were already eaten by other guests. No kettle, bottle of water in the room.

Located in the historic old town, only about 10 mins walk from the main square. Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff.

We had a bit of an unusual situation with the room keys mix up (keys not card). In short, hotel front desk staff gave us a key to a room located on floor 0 but mistakenly told us that the room was on the 1st floor. We headed directly to the 1st floor and used the key to open the door. We unpacked etc and went out to get some food. Before going out, we remember locking the door and then unlocking and locking it again to make sure the key worked just fine. When out we got a telephone call from the front desk saying we went into the wrong room and that our room was on a different floor. Someone else assigned to that room went in only to find out our belongings. They weren't able to explain how was the key to a different room able to open the door to another. We figured all the rooms must have the same locks. Of course, we cannot say with certainty that one key opens every single set of doors at this place. We saw that it opened two different rooms and it was enough to make us feel unsafe. Also, as soon as we returned from the restaurant, the room key was taken away from us and we were given a key card instead. At night, we locked the door from the inside and barricaded the door with an armchair. For obvious reasons, we wouldn't be staying there again.

Nicely arranged room, colours, furniture, carpet. Clean, comfy, quiet. All necessary things in bathroom. Parking nearby.
