Central located for what we needed

When we arrived after a ten-hour drive was a condo that was not cleaned by the previous renter. The cleaning service forgot to clean and the owner made it like no big deal. Ask us to go to the pool but he was not aware of the weather condition in the area. The family was upset and this is the second time this location has to produce unsatisfied conditions upon arrival. Our next trip will not be in this neighborhood.

Location is great!

It was spacious and a great area to walk if you like to enjoy it or have a pet. property manager was great with communication and working with you if you have any certain needs. I would absolutely stay here again.

Renting the property was great. I enjoyed staying and being near all attractions as well as food preferences. I will definitely stay again soon.

Stayed 2 months at this property. Great neighborhood,close to shopping and short drive to beach. Owners quickly responded when I did have small issue. My little dog and I settled in like it was home. Loved it

The property was very nice. It could use some updating though. Only problem was the keypad for the door lock. Instructions could be updated or a new one installed. Will come again.

2nd visit to this property since August. Good location. We were here house hunting. No luck:-( We will be coming back to Myrtle Beach, spring 2023!

Everything was as described. Loved the balcony and view of the pool. Very quiet complex. We did have a problem when we got there, but owners were very helpful and accommodating. Great follow up after our departure. Unit was very spacious. Great layout if two couples share unit, or family. All basics were there, and then some. We had our small dog with us and grounds were great for walking her. Neighbors in building were very friendly. Close to Everything.

We spent a good time and the neighborhood was very friendly and very clean. The house was great and the hosts Mike and Aaron were very helpful in everything and replied quickly. The apartment was close to downtown( beaches, restaurants and attractions). Nice vacation but short, thank you again Mike and Aaron. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property was identical to listing. Great value for the area and very easy to access boardwalk and the beach. Check in and check out was very easy and hosts provided all necessary details before arrival. Brought my pug as well and the neighborhood is very dog friendly. Will be staying again on the next visit forsure.

The place had some update from the previous year like new carpet and remodeled master bath which was a great improvement. The blinds in the dining room are still missing blinds and it would be great if they actually replaced those so they can be closed at night to keep light from coming in waking the kid sleeping on the sofa bed in the mornings. The master bed is a bit hard and would benefit from a softer mattress pad. Also there is no cover over the top round part of the window in the master which makes very bright light pour into the room very early in the mornings which wakes you up. It would be awesome if somehow there was something you could close before going to bed and then open once up for the day. This stay the balcony door was off track or something making it almost impossible to open and close. Of course, if the cleaners aren't making the owners awaee of this, thwn they wouldn't even know it needed repairing. There were pool bands missing this year, so there wasn't enough for all of us and the security guys come every hour to check bracelets and will make you leave the pool if you don't have the correct bands. The owners weren't aware they were missing until I sent a message, we wanted to be sure they knew we didn't lose them because they charge you for lost bracelets and they have to order them so there was no way to get some to us before our trip ended. These are just suggestions and not things that we stop us from staying with these owners. This was our second year staying and we will continue to be back. We love that we are able to bring our pups along with us. The condo is priced very affordability and it in a great location. We will definitely be returning next year.

Loved the location, paint color and decor, private balcony with plenty of sunshine. Great place for pets too with all of the places to walk, doggie bags and garbage cans throughout. Very clean as well with all of the amenities. The place does need some owner love though. It seemed as is every cabinet and drawer was stuffed with stuff from past guests. It was difficult to unpack or find room to put groceries. The blinds need to be replaced as well for greater privacy. Overall a great stay.

This was a cute little place to stay for a golf outing. We were close enough to everything but far enough not to deal with the noise of the boardwalk. The place is older and could use some TLC and updates. However, knowing that they allowed dogs, I know it is difficult when you have no idea how someone's pooch is going to react or destroy things. Overall, it was a fine experience.

Picked this rental kind of blindly as far as location to local friends, ended up being so easy to get to everything and no trouble navigating. Location perfect for a morning walk , afternoon swim and a cocktail on the patio in the evening. Rental was perfect for our needs and a very quiet complex. Owners were quick with response for a few initial questions . Only recommendation would b to fix verticals in dining area , several slats missing so lacked some evening privacy .

Fabulous location (close to Broadway at the Beach & all the best restaurants), super nice complex (very well maintained & quiet), great unit (very roomy with a nice view from the balcony). We had a small problem with the TV that required the owner to contact us. They replied immediately & the problem was easily solved. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Check in was super easy and the place was very nice. There was plenty of towels. It was close to everything and a great family atmosphere. We defiantly will be staying again.

Property was clean and ready for stay. The only negative was that the blinds in the living area was missing some pieces so there was no privacy in that room. Screen door off track.

We spent the month of March at this nice condo with our small pup. Very comfortable place with everything you need. Our 3 kids came for a visit (ages 19, 21 and 23). Had a blast with plenty of things to do. Close to beach, shopping, golf etc. Weather was not as nice as the condo, so the pool was still closed. Would rent again, but wait until the warmer weather.

It was a great location, and easy to get to highway. We enjoyed the balcony and much needed sun overlooking the pool. It’s a nice layout and has lots of natural light . It was also nice to have an elevator. It was good that it is pet friendly, so we could bring our yorkie. There needs to be some deep cleaning , especially the carpet. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This was my family's 2nd stay this year in this condo. The unit was exceptional clean once again which I feel is very important right now with Covid. The unit is very roomy and looks exactly like it looks in the pictures. Super close to the pool which is great. Security frequently comes by the pool checking for wristbands. Which is nice because it keeps people out who aren't supposed to be there. Bathrooms by the pool are super clean. Parking is great and we felt secure enough to leave our beach chairs, etc on our truck and no one messed with them. Even saw Security get on to someone for speeding in the parking lot. Very quiet, residential area. It's within a 5 minute drive to the beach and very close to Broadway at the Beach. It was so nice to be able to bring our puppy with us on vacation. You won't be disappointed. We will definitely be staying again.
