Clean, accessible, comfortable family room with (tiny but private) bathroom made staying simple and affordable.

Staff were really fun, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple but very good and filling selection.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, alles ging heel soepel. Fijne kamer, comfortabele bedden. Zeer tevreden over dit verblijf.
Ontbijt had iets toegankelijker kunnen zijn voor mensen met allergieën.

Die Lage im Verhältnis zur UBahn ist sehr gut. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Location is peaceful close to dining and shopping I feel it is nice place to enjoy and shop, I like the location easy access to other locations also. Downside only you need to travel the Ubank like 10 minutes to reach the hauftBanhoof, but it was ok with me
That there was no pancakes for the breakfast otherwise everything was excellent. And I expected the floor of the room to be more neat and the room was hot I don’t know what was the issue.

Hotel au calme. Par contre assez loin de centre, mais comme nous avions la voiture, ce n'était pas un soucis.
Bravo pour le petit déjeuner, que nous avons appréciés, autant que nos enfants.

Sie war sehr Zentral, das Personal war nett. Ich war vorher nie in Hamburg aber eins weis ich ich komme wieder.
Die Dusche ist ausgelaufen und war am Kopf nicht dicht Wasser Spritze überall hin.

The shower was literally near the bed- in the middle of the room. The same with the sink- felt like being in a hospital. Not nice.

Room was as expected, staff were nice and friendly, especially after a horrible experience at the Altona train station
Location, was a bit further out of our travel-path than I realised, probably not the fault of the hotel but it made our travel time very long!

The room was quiet and spacious. The breakfast buffet was well set out, there was plenty of seating space and the facilities were maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
I don't think there's anything that stands out as an obvious deficiency. I suppose you can just keep trying to improve your good service and facilities to an even better standard.

We(Family with kids) were there for a single night and it met the purpose for us. The bunk bed was something our kids liked as they rarely get to sleep on one.

Quick and uncomplicated check in and check out, quick cleaning of rooms, no noises inspite of many guests, lots of restaurants around.

In general the room was clean. But the sheets and pillows did not look clean. The pillows did not smell good. The hotel is not suitable for families.

Helpful staff who changed our room immediately.
There was a lot of hair on the floor and in the bed which indicates the cleaning wasn't so detailed.
