The electricity was popping non stop and loud,there was no enough units

Room was clean, staff friendly

Accommodation states Adult.... we had a baby across the hall crying until after 22h00. We had to ask them to close their door. We had to move rooms as the toilet was running. We decided to rather skip breakfast, which was included, as the breakfast room was really not clean, and it seemed that the receptionist also makes the breakfast???

the fact that people pay so much money but there was no electricity all night whilst the area wasn’t under loadshedding yet and even when the loadshedding hit and return nothing came back, I had to take a cold shower, couldn’t charge my phone, I basically paid money for a bed! it’s highly disappointing that such a facility cannot atleast get generators to allow their guests to have hot water!

The location of property is in a quiet neighborhood and the rooms and common areas are comfortably designed. Very neat and exceeded my expectations
