Having my own nightly rental, I always appreciate when another host goes above and beyond expectations and this is exactly what the hosts of this property do! Upon our arrival in Venice, we were met by the host, Vanni, who personally walked us back to the apartment, which is greatly appreciated in this city, and gave us plenty of information about the area, as well as many good recommendations. (Definitely eat at Nevodi’s restaurant!!)The apartment is quiet, clean, and well stocked with all sorts of things to make your stay more comfortable. The floor plan is also very well laid out and it has AC! I should also mention that the apartment is very secure, with two locked doors to enter. Initially I was fearful that the location might be too far away from the main attractions, but surprisingly we were only a 10 minute walk away from Piazzo San Marco (St. Marks Square). After spending much time in crowded alleyways, we were grateful to be able to go back to the area where the apartment is located and enjoy a more relaxed local vibe. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this apartment as a great place to stay during your time in Venice!

It would be nice to have blackout curtains in the bedroom that overlooks the alleyway with the outside lights, as it was a little too bright for us.

Everything was perfect! Authentic, Clean, Well equipped… And the guest was very nice!

The apartment is lovely with two bathrooms and is in a good location. It is near two water bus stops, restaurants and a Co-Op shop. It has air conditioning which helps on a very hot day!

The electricity going off when just using a hair dryer.

Great communication with the owner, helpful and accomodating with our different arrival times. Exceptional apartment, complete with all you need, air conditioning, newly renovated (it looks) and very clean. Everything you could need was there. One of the best locations we encountered in Venice in the many visits in the past years

Very nice apt close to the Biennale spots. Great restaurants and bars close by. Vanni was a great host and even did the reservation for us at the restaurant. Perfect !!

The owner of the property was absolutely lovely, he met us at the property to hand over the keys and made sure we had a pleasant stay in Venice. The apartment is spacious, clean, equipped with all the necessities to have a pleasant stay. We had everything we needed and more. We loved our time here and will be coming back!

ideal cleanliness, two bedrooms with private toilets each, well equipped kitchen, spices, coffee, tea. location perfect- close to many restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, as well as viaporetto stop. Near center 15 min. walk. There is a beautiful park where you can take a walk. Very nice hostess, available at any time. Highly recommend.

The location of the apartment was perfect, close to a vaparetto stop with restaurants and a co-op a few minutes away. The apartment itself was a good size, comfortable with everything you need. Vanni was very welcoming and helpful!

Cozy apartment, had everything we needed for our 4 days trip at an affordable price and a good location. The host was very friendly and helpful, advising us on how to reach some of the key attractions that we were interested in.

We loved staying in this apartment with our family. It has 2-bed rooms, so it works well for a family with kids. The neighborhood Castello is very cute, full of locals. See the photo of the end of the larger street, perfect lookout on St Marco’s area. The owners are very nice and welcoming. They have been a great help and assured our happiness during our stay. We loved that we were able to do laundry. And the internet is the most stable we have found in Italy. Very clean house, 2 separate toilets, great AC, located in a quiet neighborhood. Supermarket COOP is a close walk for your daily shopping. We have always been doing Venice day trips, but it is nice to have an apartment in the city, to take breaks during the day. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Vanni was very welcoming and meet us in the main street. The apartment is immaculate and well presented. It is located in an excellent area 10 minutes from st marks but not full of tourists just locals. Wished we could have stayed longer. Pity the rating only goes to 10 as i rate it higher than that.
