Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and let us leave our luggage for storage when we arrived. Laundry service and breakfast was excellent 👍🏻

The building is quite old, so the soundproofing is not good for the noises from the corridoor and other rooms.

We loved our stay here. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. Breakfast each morning was great and the staff were lovely. We were in a great spot just around the corner from the restaurants and shops. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is located in the older part of Monterosso so the location is great. Breakfast is set in the rooftop garden filled with lemon trees, and the meals are made to order so they were fresh. The room was nicely decorated and clean.

Breakfast is set in a garden with lemon trees, which unfortunately attracts a LOT of flies. It puts a damper on the atmosphere of the garden, which would have been a lovely place to enjoy breakfast. And the hotel is in an old building so the soundproofing between rooms is non-existent. If you are a light sleeper, you will hear every footstep from the hallways and adjacent rooms.

sweet room in a typical Italian romantic look in a great location. even had a little terrace. great breakfast lovingly prepared, served on a rooftop filled with lemon trees. friendly and always smiling staff that do all to make your stay memorable. I booked the hotel only one day inadvance as a pre-birthday surprise for my husband. asked if the hotel would be able to put a simple card in the room with happy birthday on it, and was touched to see they added extras as well. The entire feeling of the hotel is like you are not only a guest but a welcome one!

It's a lovely little hotel in the centre of Monterosso. The owner and staff are ever so friendly! The rooftopterrace is lovely but could be even much more prettier if they organized it a bit more. The breakfast was great.

The room was not as presented on booking.com. It was clean but rather outdated. Therefor overprized. With the lock to the door broken. and again the pictures do not match reality.

the breakfast was delicious and it was wonderful to eat in the lemon garden. also liked sitting on the front porch with the very friendly hotel kitty.

Take into account that parking is problematic, you have to park in a nearby city and arrive by train from the train, it is recommended to take a taxi because there is a road of about 10 minutes' walk

This was a great stay. My partner and I loved the place and the location is good. Clean and everything you need in a hotel. And the best part is that the breakfast is to die for. I really mean it. It’s worth staying here for the breakfast alone.

The hotel was just lovely. Very nice size rooms, wonderful shower, very clean and modern. Breakfast was fabulous in beautiful serving area on rooftop. The hotel is on quaint side street - far enough away from the crowds but close enough to get to places easily. Don’t hestitate.. book your stay .. u will be happy you did..

The staff was very helpful and the room was located in the heart of Monterosso. The boat ride to the other four villages was excellent. Make sure to visit Portofino.

Fantastic! They even organized a guided private sunset kayak at a much better rate than anything else we've been able to find. Great location, good breakfast, nice room.
