I loved staying at this apartment! It's clean, stylish, and in a great location near the beach, castle, and harbor. The coded lock made access easy. The bed was super comfy. The kitchenette had everything I needed, including a toaster. Lots of storage in the bedroom. I was provided with clean linens, towels, toiletries, and a safe. Perfect for my solo trip. If I return to Alicante, I'd choose this apartment again without hesitation.

It can be a bit noisy at night due to the fantastic location.

Appartamento luminoso, dotato di tutto il necessario, spazi ampi ed accogliente, letto comodissimo. Cucina attrezzata in modo ottimale. Posizione centralissima.

Io non utilizzo l'ascensore pertanto anche se si devono fare 3 piani a piedi (l'appartamento che ho affittato era al 3° piano, ma ce ne sono altri al 1° e 2°), con gradini non bassissimi, questo appartamento rimane una scelta ideale. Non ho avuto alcun contatto particolare con il proprietario, anche perché di mio sono organizzata in modo autonomo. Ma credo la proprietà sia interessata ad affittare, garantendo una buona struttura, non tanto al wellcoming turistico. Sono sicura che se avessi avuto bisogno, avrei ricevuto assistenza ad ogni modo.

It was in an good spot with bars & restaurants

For me would have had been better to have an elevator as i was on 3rd floor. Apart from that all good

Rooms were large and well equipped. Location was great for restaurants, bars etc. Access was straightforward using a code to enter the front door and room key access.

It can be noisy with nearby restaurants below, it didn't bother me especially its the price you pay for staying in a busy location. Gets quieter later in the evening so no big problem for me.

The location was the best feature ,close to all amenities. The apartment had a lovely bathroom, comfortable bed and provided most of what we needed for our stay . Constructive criticism- need a plug in the kitchen sink and we had to buy clothes hangers .

The property description suggested all apts had either a terrace or a balcony ,this was not the case . On the 2nd floor we had neither or a view. The window overlooked a concrete wall - we may have had the one apartment that didn't have balcony ? but if this had been made clear we would have had the option to choose a different room .

The publication in booking says that it has two bathrooms and it only has one. The coach of the second bedroom has only 5cm. (two inches). is like sleeping on the floor.

The city was very interesting and the transport was very good

The noise was awful. Groups of men and women were shouting and singing until 4 o'clock in the morning.There were almost 40 stairs to climb up to our flat. I am 82years old and as a result of this I am suffering terrible pain in both knees and ankles. We were forced to get another flight back home which cost us £376 and I needed special assistance. I asked booking. Com for a quiet room so I am extremely angry The room was called Denia and I hope that nobody else will be staying in it.

I have neighbours which was very loud at 5. Clock in the morning.

Great location in the city centre and close to the beach. Lot's of restaurants/bars in the street. Appartement was clean and has a good shower. The bed in the master bedroom was good. Communication with the host was very good. They respond immediately. And you can stall your luggage free of charge at another location around the corner on your departure day..

Keep in mind that there's no lift ( we stayed at the penthouse, 3rd floor), kinda noisy in the building. The beds on the topfloor was not comfortable, and very small and steep stairs to get upstairs to the 2nd bedroom and private terrace.

The location is OK. Otherwise, the place is grim.

An easy contactless check in with good communication. A central location with some lovely restaurants, cafes and bars on the doorstep. Handy for a couple of shops too and the Explanada is just round the corner. I had a budget room at the back of the building with no view but the plus side was it was quiet, unbelievably so actually. Everything in the apartment worked as it should do, so yeah, happy days!🙂

Great location. I stayed in the apartment with the private terrace, and loved it. There is no street noise. The terrace has complete privacy and gets the sun most of the day, very nice in the winter. The apartment is a duplex, with an extra bedroom and the terrace on the top floor, accessed by a steep, narrow stair. I did not try the beds upstairs, but they did not look comfortable. The main bedroom is very comfortable, you do not hear the street. There is a Nespresso coffee maker (capsules are sold in the local supermarkets). Heating works well (relevant for my stay in the winter). Nice modern bathroom.

In the main bedroom there is an annoying noise at night from the aircondition equipment situated on the terrace above. On the terrace you get the kitchen smell from the Tandoori restaurant situated in the same building.

The small apartment was super clean. Towels, bedding, gel and soap available. Big double bed so comfy. Sofa bed in other part of the room too. Two televisions but I couldn't get the English Netflix to work, which was not a problem but would have been good. Safe in the room for valuables with key. Shower amazing and super clean. Location perfection right on Mushroom Street(nickname) cafes and eateries all round you.. BEST of all the place was quiet. Downstairs curry restaurant best ever, Ali the waiter so very helpful and speaks English.... No no, no smell in your apartment.. If you visit this place have a Sangria made by Ali... Tastey..

No view. Two big windows looking onto white walls and the sound on the fan when I turned it on... Mind you, I got used to the fan. No rug on the cold floor, so I'd advise some sort of slippers, which I did buy for one euro. Problem sorted. Stairs no lift so be warned. CLEAN and COMFY... It did rain and I didn't find out till I'd got downstairs. Be aware the place was peaceful, only when you put the fan on and it did quiet down.

Location and responsiveness of management. Easy check in process and good heating system during winter. Close to restaurants, ATM, Small market and the bay.

Although the double pane window function to reduce it, the street noise and temporary construction noise was notable. Small kitchen useful only for making simple food. Small fridge and no oven.

Clean apartments, great location

The entire process with San Fransisco 10 management was flawless. Prompt responses and apartments were spectacular and clean as a whistle. Beautiful rising mornings and everything is conveniently located.

Can't say anything bad. The only thing was the second day that there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom when the light was tuned on. Smelled like something dead in there.

Perfect location, easy check in without contact, room was clean (don't know where that bad smell was from). Good enough kitchen equipment to cook our own breakfast or pasta etc.

Bad smell in apartment (in time you kind of get use to it). Only windows were to the inner yard, where other customers were smoking. Beds were too soft for us, so we got some back pain.
