The arrangement was to pay for the pet fee when we checked out so that it could be paid on a different card. The desk clerk, when informed of this, was unwilling to back out the charge from my credit card to charge it to a different person's card. Very unaccommodating. Btw, $75.00 pet fee for a miniature schnauzer is ridiculous.

It was cold, and there was no heat on in the upper floors. But we were able to turn the heat on in our room and warm it up after about 45 minutes.

Clean, new property with lovely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool, laundry facilities and great breakfast.

Walls too thin, neighbour kept us up late watching car racing, felt like we were sleeping in pit lane of formula 1 race track. I now understood why they provided ear plugs. Direction sign for hotel entrance needs to be bigger as easily missed sending us onto major road way instead of hotel.

The hotel & room were very clean and new. We had a king room which i was extremely impressed by the size of the room. The reception staff were very nice, welcoming and extremely helpful we really enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was great as well. The hotel provided earplugs which i didn’t understand until during the night when I could hear the person in the next room snoring!! At first i thought it was my husband but this time - no - the noise was coming from the next hotel room. The new build walls must be thin - the free earplugs were greatfully accepted and used. Our overall stay was great and i would recommend staying here i would say 10/10 because how clean everywhere was.

The signage for the hotel, to turn into the shopping centre car park was woefully inadequate. We were sent on a detour around in circles until we found our way to the right car park. The hotel can be seen from the highway, larger signage would be helpful to travellers.

Breakfast was excellent. They even provided seasonal batter mix (pumpkin spice)! Location worked out very well with easy access to interstate and roads downtown. And the staff besides being very friendly, they provided information on places to visit and eat which were spot on!

It was clean in the room. The Staff was extremely nice and AMAZING.

Ants in my car after one night. The ants are in every crevice, nook and panel. I was driving away, killing ants, one even bit me. It wasn’t worth staying there, because now I have an ant problem inside my car. THERE WAS NO FOOD INSIDE MY CAR. The front desk acknowledged that they have an ant problem in the parking lot.

Incredible hotel. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Updated. Surrounded by shops to spend all of your winnings from the local casinos.

What wasn't to like? This hotel was pretty impressive.

The location was great it was close to everything. The room was smaller but comfortable. The pool area was very nice. Also the breakfast area was clean spacious and the food was excellent

Our three night stay was great,the staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh each morning. The stay was like a home away from home clean, peaceful and convenient.

The only thing I can say would be better( it's just a me thing) the restroom doors give no privacy.
