Great value, big apt

Check in was pretty difficult. Had to wait a while for attendant to arrive

The service is horrible Starting with it that they give you only a number of office and not a person The office is not working all the time only afternoon time Also instead of having a quick check in They tell you a day before you arrive.. you cannot decide when to have the check in as they have many apartments.. and they gave me “an appointment” to 17:00 when I arrived 3 hours before After endless calling international calls to the office they came at 15;00 instead of 17:00 Again great apartment horrible service

The apartment was well equipped with all we needed for a short stay in a good location.

We had 2 issues. The only AC unit is in the living room. While it kept the room quite cool, it did not reach the bedroom well. The shower water was slightly warm, it did not get hot enough to be comfortable.

The location and the apartment itself is large, clean and comfortable.

1. Unprofessional Management of reservation. I booked for 3 nights in May, and they (Ana) sent me an email less than 24 hour notice that they cannot fulfill the 3rd night due to maintenance, and offered me to cancel with refund, or move to another property further from where I booked. Maintenance is something planned and one change for a reservation committed, especially so with less than 24 hours while clients are still on the road. The management cannot exonerate its responsibility to meet its commitment in this manner. 2. The company staffs do not communicate with each other. I was left with no choice but to take the offer to move to another apartment. When I arrived Lisbon and contacted the company, the support person told me there was no problem with the original booking and I should go to the original planned location. Another staff (Victoria) met me to check me in and confirmed that all is good and I do not need to worry about anything, but a few hours later, this staff (Victoria) who checked me in emailed me and said I have to move out. I called again and was chastised by the first staff (Ana) who wanted to cancel/change my original plan on why I didn't listen to her but to her colleague. I am puzzled how this company function. 3. Ana eventually "gave in" and told us to remain while she postpone the maintenance. The whole episode is very unpleasant especially for one on holiday.

Location was good for our needs, we were never interested to stay close to centre. View was great. Apartment was extra clean on arrival, because we did request it prior.

From the first day of arrival, we got lot of unresolved issues. Nr.1. Late check-in is not well organised. We came after 24:00 and they charged us 25 eur extra for it, even if there's many ways for contactless check-in. ( Specially after Covid) As we warned that, we will be arriving late, they promised us contact nr, because customer service don't work so late, but they never provided one. When we arrived at location, there was no-one, no way to contact them and no way to check-in. We just sat there like idiots and waited for magic. Nr.2. As we stayed 7 days, at check-in lady said that cleaning is included for stays more than 7 days and we will have one. We would be informed by email. We waited and waited, but it never happened. Used same linen and towels. No coffee pods, washing tabs or WC paper provided for longer stay. Seems they prioritising only short stay costumer, or you should check out and in again, to be treated equally. When I asked, why there's delay with cleaning, she apologize for making mistake. ( you should know if you work there) It's for 7+ days, so if you stay 8 days, you may get fresh stuff just a day before you leave. Nr.3. We have several issues with parking. Once in late evening entry card didn't work, they blamed us for blocking it, I don't understand how one can do it, if you only use it to exit and enter only. There's no way how to contact them, so you like an idiot just standing there trying to resolve problems, cars just keep piling and people getting frustrated. Tried to ask security guy to open the gate, didn't work, he was so rude, he didn't even talked to us and had no intention to answer any questions, just liftted hand to send us away. Other time our parking space was occupied by other guests. There's public parking beside for 6 eur, just avoid problems and use that instead. Nr.4. DOORS. We always leave kays in the doors from inside. There's many security reasons for that.

Everything was great! Fast and stable wi-fi, air conditioning quickly heated the room. Amazing view from the window. Convenient location.

For these costs, you can already upgrade the equipment. Especially the stove and TV. Also I would like satellite TV. And install hooks for towels in the bathroom.
