Other guests staying underneath us getting home at 1.15am & partying

We rented a 4x2 unit which when we got there was only a 3x2 unit cause they locked off the extra bedroom.. then during our stay we caught the owner peeping thru the windows watching us. When I confronted him the second time he just got back in his car and watched us from there for half an hour before leaving but showing up 3 more times for no reason during a two day stay.

The owner peeking thru the windows watching my children and I he was caught twice but was on the property at least 5 times we know off over 2 days just watching us for no reason.

I liked having 2 separate bathrooms.

The furniture could have been in better condition. Also, the TV remote required new batteries and it took a while to work out how to use it. There was a child lock on the TV.

The keyless entry was awesome. Being able to get into the car undercover was good. Closeness to the city, busy road but good location. Had a washer and dryer, which was useful. Size of apartment was good, but difficult due to being upstairs.

Overall the unit was not really clean, only superficially clean. Had dirty drawers, a dirty frying pan in the draw which we had to wash before using, and saucepan was dirty and needs replacing. Only limited utensils. No face cloths or hand towels provided. Air conditioner was very difficult to operate and connected to downstairs unit, which sometimes made our unit very cold. Also people downstairs including the cleaner blocked the driveway, making it difficult to get out of a tight parking spot, as mentioned by a lot of other people, who have smashed their cars into the fence. There are three units on the block and all photos were listed together when booking so it was difficult knowing what we were getting until we arrived.

The 2 toilets are new and good. Large size kitchen was good for our family of 7. Kids love the bunk bed.

Shower power was weak. Furnishing overall was old.

Location was good, the rooms were comfortable and the price was great.

It was a bit hard to find, maybe a sign or bigger house numbers would have helped.

The filthy house is in a very good location with easy access to Fremantle via bus or car.

The house was filthy. The owner has left notices all over the house telling guests to limit electricity use; if this is an issue either charge a little more ($5 extra per night for example) or cease renting out the home. The owner arrived at the house early to visibly wait for us to vacate at 10AM. The blinds were mouldy, there was coffee spilled throughout the kitchen cupboard, an old sponge was left in the shower cubicle,dirty knife on the coffee table and unsafe back pergola.
