Probably one of the best located places to stay in Bologna. Filippo was extremely welcoming and accomodating during my stay, even offering to drop me off at the train station when we couldn’t find any taxis.

The rooms that look out to the towers would have had an amazing view but unfortunately I had a courtyard view. I encourage you to ask whether you can stay in one of the street facing rooms. Also, be careful of the marble stairs (pictured) as I slipped on them and badly bruised my bum!

Location and decor of apartment entrance and hallway

Terrific location, we were were able to walk everywhere. We had the suite with a balcony and it fit four adults comfortably. The a c in the bedroom was wonderful. Filippo, the manager was very helpful,

No breakfast included but given the price we paid, I am not complaining. You had to walk up twelve steps to get to the apartment. For us it was not a problem. I simply am mentioning it for those who might be concerned.

Great location; very centrally located. Room was clean; bed was hard, but comfortable.

The Irish pub in the street below generated a lot of noise late at night the two nights (Fri & Sat) we stayed at Casa Faccioli.

Spacious room, great location, comfortable bed, amazing shower ! Lots of biscuits. Thoroughly enjoyed and would return.

The air conditioner wasn't on the first night and we found it hot, this was sorted by Filippo on the second night

160 euro for one night , over priced .. no big comfort , check out 11:00 am . room not luxury, it’s a 50 euro room !

The property is basically in front of Piazza Maggiore, so couldn't be more central. Since it is in a small pedestrian street, the room was super quiet. It was truly one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever seen. Modern, but cosy at the same time with a wonderful view on the roofs of Bologna. It was already ready at 12 when I arrrived and the cleaning ladies were super friendly. The building i just amazing. I will definately come back!!!

There was no fridge in the room which I would have found practical. I never met the owner and would have preferred to exchange a personal word. The instructions though for entering the building were very clear and the owner was very responsive even before my arrival and very kind. The mattress was slighly too soft for me but this is personal taste.
