The massive roof top balcony that was all ours. Easy to go and grab some drinks and sit and watch the world go by.

The little bugs flying around the kitchen sink and the elevator that was broken when we checked in.

Sofa sleeper was just a sofa that a small person could sleep on

The location and views are the best features of this place.

The apartment needs lots of work doing to it - so don't expect to be staying in luxury. The kitchen equipment is poor, the shower floods, and the toilet has a few issues. We were expecting a nice place but were left disappointed overall. The wait for the lift started to get annoying towards the end of the trip.

Dirty cockroaches broken tiles staff accomodation next door really noisy . dirty sheets generally just dirty and run down . Leftover food in fridge

Emilee the hostess/guest relations was a gem and very pleasant. She was extremely courteous and managed to communicate even though her English was basic. She is a team member that any hotel would love to employ.

The elevators were a bit erratic. No safety systems.

It was centrally located. Behind another building which blocked out some of the street noise. There were comfortable chairs on the balcony.

It was advertised we would have access to a private beach....along with thousands of other tourists, not very private. Also advertised there was a swimming pool, you had to go to the building in front and pay 75 000 Dòng per person per day to access. When we arrived, one of the lifts was broken and there were at least 200 (not exaggerating) holiday makers wanting to get to their apartments after spending a day on the beach...we have never experienced such a mass amount of people wedging themselves into a tiny lift all at once! It was unbearably hot and uncomfortable. This was not the only time this happened whilst we were there, horrible! Also, our apartment was next door to the cleaners room which was very noisy! My advice for families would be to pay a bit of extra money and stay at a well renowned resort or apartment complex, such as Novotel or Rydges.
