Great service, staff friendly and courteous. Very clean and comfortable, room felt like new. Great spa.

The food was quite average for a hotel of this type and of this price. In general, the cost was excessive for what was offered in terms of room size, food and the services at the spa.

Good breakfast and good location.

Bear in mind : very low ceilings!! The driver from the hotel does not drive well and does not know this city. (( We spent 20 more minutes than planned ( not for free of course) and nearly crashed into the other car. In the toilet there was an awful damp smell - we told about this in the morning at 7 am, when we arrived back at 8 pm nothing has changed, the hotel proposed to change the room, but this would take lot of time, ans since we were leaving in h morning - was not actually a good decision. Then we told them to put the aroma diffusor - and it really worked, But why the hotel staff didn't propose it themselves.

Staff was beyond attentive…they came through with flying colors on my every need. Offered coffee and water upon arrival and treated us like royalty. I will only be staying here when I visit Bogota.

great location, very attentive staff from start to finish, large room. very good breakfast. but above all, very nice staff paying attention to details, our orders - including from our previous stay at Casa Medina.

a swimming pool would have been great for the kids but still a great stay.
