My family of 4 (myself, husband, two kids ages 21 and 18) stayed for a week. The location is excellent -- easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We had 2 cars, and there are 2 parking passes. It's nice being on the water, and my fisherman son fished a ton. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. The balcony looking to the west over the bay is awesome, and we spent a lot of time out there. The A/C in the unit works really well.. A few notes --- 1. there is a locker by the elevator that comes with the unit and there is one kid's size bike, a bunch of chairs and a couple of umbrellas, as well as a boogie board and some sand toys. Additionally, if you walk right up to the beach there are kiosks all along that rent umbrellas and chairs by the day. We wound up bringing the chairs from the house and renting an umbrella for $20. 2. The condo has pretty much everything you need in the kitchen but grilling is not allowed, and the cooking items are a little basic. 3. In this area it is typical to have to rent towels and linens. Larry sent info on how to do this in the welcome email and it was easy and convenient. 4. Assateauge island is about 40 min. away - totally worth a day trip. In all it was a great time in a lovely spot!

Lovely large condo. Convenient to everything. Floors and bedspreads were sandy. Enjoyable stay! We would gladly return. Larry was fantastic!!!

The condo was very nice. As described. Larry was in constant contact and made the process very easy. Condo is within walking distance to boardwalk and beach. My step-son is in a wheelchair so this condo was perfect and very roomy for him to maneuver around in the wheelchair.

This property was everything. Cannot say enough great things. Not too big and not too small. Perfect location. Amazing views. Comfortable beds. I cannot wait to stay again!

The place was clean, exactly as described, easy check in and checkout. Great communication from the owner. Great views from the balcony, short walk to beach and boardwalk. Plenty of storage space, would definitely recommend staying here

This place was amazing far more than I expected very neat and clean, very roomie me and my Family enjoyed our stay everyone had there own bed everyone was comfortable, it was very peaceful and so relaxing!!! We honestly tried to extend are stay but it was too late someone had already booked. Everything is right there easy access to the beach and boardwalk!! I celebrated my birthday at Seacrets restaurant which is literally 6 mins away by car, it was an awesome and much needed vacation, Mr. Larry was so nice and accessible and easy to reach, but everything was great so we did not have to contact him, the kitchen is well equipped for any meal you wish to prepare. I definitely look forward to renting this property again!! Thanks again for an awesome stay!!

Great bay views. Smooth check in and out, had a great time

We were very pleasantly surprised by this rental. I personally loved the decor. Everything was clean and in working order. The place was spacious and provided easy access to the boardwalk. The views off of the porch were stunning. Larry was also very helpful when needed. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Fabulous place for 4 lady friends. Close to everything ...Berlin farmers market, Assateague and on our check out day we visited Rehoboth Beach on our way back to Naryland

I was blown away with this condo. We were in town for a long weekend and could not have been happier with our stay! The condo is HUGE!! We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers with us and still had room to spare. The living space has plenty of room to hang out, play games, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are comfortable. The deck and views of the bay were spectacular. The condo is within easy walking distance of the beach and boardwalk but tucked away so you can get away from it all!

We loved the condo and all of its amenities. We spent a lot of the time on the balcony because of the beautiful view and peacefulness it provided for us.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. The pictures don't do it justice. It was much nicer than we expected. Checking in and out were simple. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, this unit was very nice, location was great being on the bayside and close to everything we wanted to do. I believe it to be a little pricey, but what isn't this day and age. I wish that check in and check out times were different. I would consider staying here at a future vacation date. Thank You.

We booked this property as a "middle ground" place for our families to meet and we couldn't be happier with the decision! It was a perfect location - private and secure on the water, within walking distance of the beach! The owner was clear in his instructions and responsive to messaging if needed. As a heads up, the 2nd bathroom is off the master bedroom so when that family went to bed, it was off-limits, but we made it work. Overall we had a wonderful stay, and everything went smoothly. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and there was a lot of space inside the condo. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed fishing nearby and riding bike bayside and on the boardwalk.

This property was awesome. Great location, very roomy, and pretty clean. The check-in process was fairly smooth although there was some initial confusion on where to park. The 3 biggest complaints are that dirty linens, from a previous stay, were outside in bags blocking the front door for the duration of our trip (5 days, 4 nights), the bed coverings were stained and kind of gross (we brought our own linens so we just removed it and put our own so that wasn't the biggest deal), and it would have been great if there were privacy screens on the balcony. All and all it was a great stay, wonderful location, pretty clean, the kitchen had everything, the property manager was very accessible and responsive, and we would definitely stay there again.

Everything was very nice

We just had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful and had all of the amenities we needed. A couple of blocks down was a small market for odds and ends. Parking is convenient and the pool was very well kept. It’s a small pool but had nice bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The host is very responsive to texts. Overall, I’m already booked for another stay. The view from the balcony is perfect and very nice deck furniture. Thanks Larry!!!

Great place and area.

Large nicely finished unit on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sound. Walk to the beach is more like three blocks than two, but easy. Outdoor pool is tiny and next to the parking lot. But overall a fantastic spot.

Property was spacious and clean. We appreciated having the ocean view from the balcony. We especially loved being able to get to the board walk by foot.

The condo was great! It is even bigger than it appears in the pictures. The view from the balcony sold us when deciding where to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is a short walk to the boardwalk, but still quiet as it is bayside. We would definitely stay here again!
