The apartment was as described with amazing amenities. It was clean and uncluttered. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. The location was convenient to basically anywhere in Boston. We walked everywhere, but the T is also just a few minutes away. We would highly recommend this rental.

This condo is absolutely perfect. The interior is modern and spacious with tons of natural light. The condo was spotless and the amenities are exactly as described. The host, Aaron, was so accommodating and communication was a breeze. The location could not have been better. From the entrance, you are literally just steps away from the Freedom Trail, specifically the Old South Meeting House. The "hop-on & hop-off" trolley is easily accessible as well. Fenway Park is a short ride away on the Green Line via the Park Street station which is only a three minute walk from the condo. Stop wasting your time looking at other listings and book this condo now.

The location was great, it’s on a very nice street with lots of activity and stores nearby. The condo was very spacious and clean with a lot of natural light coming in through the large windows. The bed was comfortable. There is a pull out couch which can be used as a second bed, just couldn’t find any bed sheets or pillow cases for it. Other than that the condo had everything that’s needed for a comfortable stay. Planning on staying here again and will recommend it to others

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located condo in the heart of downtown. The accommodations were fantastic. The hosts were very attentive and great through the whole trip. Would highly recommend!

This condominium is perfect in every way. “Location, location, location” is a real estate agent’s mantra, and the location of this unit couldn’t be more ideal. The living room furnishings are soft and comfortable, and the bed was great. I slept like a bear in hibernation! As far as cleanliness is concerned, everything was fresh and spotless. Honestly, I think all the appliances were brand new. Need to do laundry? The top notch washer and dryer are excellent. All laundry supplies provided too! Getting around using public transportation is a cinch as there’s a “T” subway station literally 15 steps from the building’s front door. I traveled to a RedSox game and the JFK Library and Museum using the “T”. It’s so simple. Restaurants, pubs, and shopping are everywhere within a few blocks. No need for a taxi or Uber. Regarding the owners, Aaron and Lu aren’t Premier Hosts for nothing. Several times during my stay they checked on me to ensure all was well, even offering a complimentary cleaning service of the unit during my two week stay. They genuinely care for their renter’s happiness and comfort. If you’re planning a vacation in Boston, I couldn’t give a more enthusiastic recommendation for renting this unit.

We had a fantastic visit to Boston, including our stay at this beautiful Downtown apartment. The apartment is spacious, full of light, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite part was the location! Easy walking distance to the Public Gardens, Boston Common, the State House and lots of great coffee spots and restaurants, plus it's right on the Freedom Trail. Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Aaron and Lu's lovely apartment. The location in Boston can't be beat, the apartment was spotless, and communication with the hosts was great. We would love to stay there again when our travels take us back to Boston.

We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment in Downtown Crossing. Checkin was easy. The hosts were communicative and gracious. The location is extremely convenient for getting anywhere in Boston. We would certainly stay here again.

Overall this was a great place! The communication with the owners and the check in process was seamless and easy. They were incredibly responsive and even gave great restaurant recommendations for us. We went to Boston with my 2yo daughter and my husband to run around and do "fall things". The apartment was spotless, the kitchen amenities were fully stocked, and plenty of hangers (which i appreciate). Bedding was clean, floors were clean, the natural light was perfect. I will say the bed is pretty stiff BUT we all managed just fine. Our daughter loved running around the place and it was the perfect size. Overall wonderful place!

The owners falsely represented their property with misrepresentations and misleading pictures/descriptions on the Vrbo website. Sadly, Vrbo and Capital One agreed with the owners and not their customers. RE: so sorry no refund policy !!! Beware...... We agreed to a pleasant, reasonable and comfortable flat in a nice neighborhood - Not a recidivist infested neighborhood, a flat with NO view, limited light, subway noise until 2am, etc……. Furthermore, the owner flat out lied to us, “cancel and we will try to rebook” per the owner “…..and grant a partial refund”. THEY DID NOT DO SO. Given the owners own multi-properties in Boston and other cities, and use VRBO, they are sophisticated Real Estate owners and lawyers. Stay away from the DownTown Crossing area if you are a tourist. And, avoid the hosts associated with this property....... Best of luck = Boston is an amazing place to visit

Our successful VRBO streak unfortunately came to an end here. The property is clean and well maintained. The hosts were easy to communicate with. The reservation process and check-in were efficient. Why then do I give it only 2 stars? It's the noise. The culprit seems to be a giant rooftop HVAC system for the Macy's building and complex directly across the street that runs 24 hours a day. It is a loud rumbling noise that for us made it impossible to sleep. (Alas, the bedroom seems to be the closest spot to the noise source.). We were supposed to stay for 4 nights but needed to leave after the first sleepless night and check in to a hotel. If you're the type who can sleep with a freight train outside your window, have at it. Otherwise, be forewarned and look elsewhere. I wish we had been.

The property was everything as promised and then some. The communication was superb and check in was a breeze. The property was very clean and nice, but the location was the best thing! Easy access to State Street and Hanover Street. We had a short walk to everything we wanted to see. Would stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed our time here, even though for only 3 nights. Nice area, very close to everything.

The location was perfect for us. Really appreciate having the T nearby. Great bakeries, coffee, lunch and breakfast spots close by. The apt was comfortable ,spacious and clean. We would be happy to stay there again.

The best thing about this property is definitely the location, which is very safe, and everything you need is within walking distance. The building is beautiful. The unit was spotless and equipped with the basic essentials. Although there is a fair amount of traffic noise below, the owners provided ear plugs. We travel with a white noise machine which served the purpose. The one personal drawback for us was the bed mattress which was considerably firmer than our comfort level. Also, as noted in the listing, there is no cable for the TV. As no instructions are provided in the unit, it took us a couple of days to access current news stations. (Hint- Don’t select the channels from the options at the top of the screen, those require subscription. However, if you scroll down you will see a listing for “Live TV” which provides all the typical news channels.)

Downtown crossing is conveniently located, very secure, and super clean. The owners have taken care to provide many helpful amenities to make your stay comfortable, we especially appreciated the welcome card and treats. Communication was EXCELLENT, owners checked in frequently and were very responsive. A very professionally managed unit! We had an absolutely wonderful time here! We were able to walk everywhere, and we appreciated being so close to everything but yet have this nice secluded apartment to retreat to at the end of the day.

Loft is exactly as pictured - clean, bright, well maintained. Perfect location - next to T station, one block from Commons, grocery/restaurants right around the corner. The hosts were very gracious and helpful. Hope to return for another visit soon!

My son and I traveled to Boston for the Laver Cup and the apartment couldn't have fit us any better. The location to the subway, to the park, to restaurants, to grocery options, and frankly anything we wanted to do. It was safe, clean and close to everything we could imagine. I give it my highest recommendation!

We loved the apartment. Very comfortable and the kitchen was a dream for a cook. My only complaint was the TV. It was impossible to watch since it takes an engineer to figure out how to view. I recommend to get a regular TV with a regular cable so older people who do not stay out late can enjoy their favorite programming in the evening. Otherwise, we are very satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hosts were very accommodating and so sweet. They provided us with many recommendations and answered all our questions in a quick manner. The location was perfect and we enjoyed many ventures into all the surrounding neighborhoods. We definitely recommend staying here and will be referring our friends and family to this rental.

We recently stayed at The Downtown Crossing and the place was perfect. The location was a match for our objectives, close to numerous places of interest to visit as well as a wide variety of great places to eat. The Downtown Crossing was neat, clean and well-appointed. We had absolutely no complaints. Lastly, communication with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond to any questions and were eager to offer recommendations if requested. There are huge windows, so there is plenty of natural light (and blinds if needed), high ceilings, a modern TV, comfortable furniture. In other words, an extremely livable and homey space.The location is incredible. There are multiple subway stops within 1 minute of the apartment. Chinatown is a 3-5 minute walk, Little Italy/North End a 10-15 minute walk, Beacon Hill about a 10-minute walk, Fanueil Hall and Quincy Market about 10 minutes, and many other areas worth visiting (e.g., Cambridge, Back Bay) are either walkable (weather permitting and if you're interested in walking) or within a 15-minute T ride.The apartment is right in the Downtown Crossing area, so at times there is plenty of activity and "interesting" people in the vicinity near the apartment building. Some might not like that, but it did not bother us in the least.Also, there are plenty of great food options very nearby (recommend Tora Ramen in Chinatown and Democracy Brewing right around the corner from the apartment on Temple Place) and there is a grocery store (Roche Bros) about 1 minute away to boot.All in all, particularly if you're looking to visit Boston for a few days, this is an ideal choice.
