The location is good if you want to hang out in the city center. Might be a bit loud if your room is with street view because of the traffic. Good breakfast with a variety of things to choose from.
The economy room was very hot during summer when outside temperature during the day did not exceed 28 degrees outside. The AC is old and futile. For us the beds were too soft and not comfortable to sleep. The bathroom was clean, but mould smell and marks. No moskito net on any window. Definitely not 4 star ranking.

It's definitely one of the best in Cluj. The lady at the reception was very nice and always helpful. The room was clean, a very comfortable bed and big bathroom. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was located in a convenient area, but be aware of the hill that leads down to the centre,
Friendly staff and a working lift.
The hotel restaurant has excellent desserts. And as a solo female traveller, I felt safe in the hotel.
My room was the junior suite and overall the quality was not so great. for starters as other people have mentioned before the floor creaked constantly, it made me feel like I had to creep around to not disturb the people staying below.
The room itself is slightly outdated / patched together. And the housekeeping was not so great, I'm not really sure what they did.

Very friendly staff - always smiling and helpful.

The beds were confortable - we slept very well. The pull out sofa was also quite confortable - our daughter had no problems what so ever.
The room was quite big - we had a suite, so it was more like 2 rooms. We had enough space for a family of three.
Very good breakfast - fresh and tasty.

Close to city center - 10 minute walk
The hotel is situated on a busy street - lots of traffic - you can't fault the hotel on that. It is worth mentioning that the windows do a good job of keeping out most of the noise.
A little more variety at breakfast would not hurt, especially more local produce like ham and cheese.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to the City center. The staff very very nice and helpfull and also a full proper delicious breakfast (english and mediteranean). I recommend this hotel for business and also leisure.
Proximity to a busy street but it doesn't affect you at all.
