Location was about 20min walk to airport or 5min walk to a bus stop.

No coffee or tea provided which was supposed to be, a sign also says this on the door of your room. Room one is right next to the front door and disturbed all through the night with people struggling to open the front door. I found the instructions to get in easy but, had to help a few people that were struggling. Small rooms and no bath mat provided. Bathroom gets very slippery and also quite small. Bottom bathroom is meant to be private for room one but was used by other guest. Not much provided in the kitchen. Deposit still hasn’t been given back.

Clean and adequate for short stay when flying from Heathrow

Too many instructions and contractual agreement nonsense, it just seems a bit lazy so that whoever owns the property can have the least interaction with customers as possible.

The kitchen was very poorly equipped. There was no tea pot or cafetiere, hardly any cuttlery plates or bowls. Very poor pots and one old pan. Someone arrived at 1am and struggled to get in because there is no staff and the check-in protocol is hyper complicated (2 different keys/codes needed, poor outdoor lighting). It feels kind of creepy to be in a house with other guests and no staff...i wanted to lock myself in my room because strangers were walking past my door all the time. Very weird set up

Location. The property includes a large, clean, shared kitchen with refrigeration for guests.

Basic. All a bit tired. Difficult entry due to very scratched over on key pad.

Great if you have a car. Spacious rooms.

Convoluted, confusing booking and check in process. No staff on site. It's all run remotely . The advertising does not make it clear that a taxi from T2/T3 is more than 40 pounds. There is absolutely no form of cooling in rooms. On first glance it appears clean but the devil is in the detail. If you can get inside without multiple calls to the help desk and you have a car and wish to self cater, perhaps. No car, no way!

Walls are paper-thin, you jump when someone in the next room plugs in a phone charger. You can hear convos in the kitchen downstairs. Awful place. We checked out within 10 minutes of checking in.

Convenient location, very close to the airport. Car park available.

No coffe/tea provided. In the common kitchen there was nothing available. Also, no personnel on site. It was difficult to do the on-line check-in as the website was not working properly. I ended doing the check-in after the arrival through WhatsApp.

It is disappointing that I have to think so hard for something I liked. I cant think of anything I liked. Actually the taxi driver that took us there was great, but he was an airport taxi driver.

A lot - please read all. It costs £40 to get a taxi there. TFL set a fixed price from the airport, and it's too far from the airport to be on the meter. There was no alternative transport there when travelling with luggage. Upon arrival there was noone there and you had to check in yourself. Before doing we had to get the taxi driver to call them and thank God we could get WiFi whilst standing outside the door in the freezing cold. We were not allowed in until we had followed the "process"! My phone battery was dying, and the taxi driver wanted to leave - he had done his job - he was now helping us out of goodwill. If he hadn't have done so we would have been locked outside in the cold. The checkin process was awful. Had to make another payment to different vendor than booking.com and then upload photo ID before being given further information to find the key to the room and the passcode to get in the front door. When we got in we went up a flight of stairs to the smallest room I've ever seen and a bed that was very very creaky. The toilet shower was small and had toilet paper and shower gel and shampoo. The reason I'm mentioning this is because I wouldn't be surprised if these guys wanted you to bring your own! They said they would organise transport to the airport - we arrived there after 9pm and needed to leave at 5am in the morning - but they ignored our request, even though on the message we received after uploading photo ID and paying them a direct security deposit stated they had preferred rates they could offer us. Shocking service. There was no drinking water and no coffees or teas and no kettle. Thank god we were not too parched! Just a shocking performance in service. Totally insistent on a "process" and these vendors need to come back down to reality and spot penny pinching - life is too short.

It was dark and raining when I arrived I am pretty sure the key lock boxes weren't numbered so had to try a couple before hitting on the right one - a small irritant.- a sensor light would help there is literally nothing in the room except a bed and table very sparse, no bed side light -no plates or glasses in the kitchen and the blinds didn't cover the window sufficiently to block the street light out. Comfortable bed.Good location quiet and as I said very clean.

We enjoy the very efficient and great communication.

It was on a main road so should have been easy to find but I was given terrible directions making it much more complicated than it needed to be. It was a hassle to get the key in the dark from the keysafe which was poorly lit so couldn’t even seen the dial to put in the code. Room was incredibly basic, literally a bed, and a small corner table, no lamp and no dressing table. the bathroom tap was so vigorous that it soaked my pyjamas so I couldn’t wear them. There was no notice to warn you and even though I tried to put it on carefully, each time it sprayed over the floor leaving it soaking wet and dangerous. No floor mat next to the shower, again soaking the floor. Very noisy road. Absolutely no frills, room was unwelcoming and bare.

Everything dirty room still had rubbish in from previous guests, shower head was covered in mould and no soundproofing l.

If you are looking for a basic short term accommodation for a night this maybe ok for you? The walls are paper thin so you can hear the comings and goings of every one in the house. The room we stayed in was poorly maintained with door handles hanging from of the doors, cracked tiles in the shower room and a shower head that drips at all odd times During the night that further interrupted you sleep. The Decoration was tired and again poorly maintained. In all is wasn’t a great experience for my wife and I as we had an early flight the next day and wanted to be near the airport, and think we over paid for what I can only describe as “student accommodation” it was are first try with this type in an accommodation and it will be our last too.
