Excellent hotel, excellent location, walking distance to everywhere, full of coffee shops right downstairs, a store to buy a phone SIM next to the hotel. The staff is pleasant, patient and kind. The room was beyond expectations, there was no noise at night and a view of a church from the window whose bell rang every hour. The room is clean and every day the cleaning services worked great. The breakfast is good, located on the roof of the hotel with a view of the Acropolis.

A small elevator - really not important. And there is no coffee and tea in the room. But there are plenty of coffee shops downstairs so we didn't feel the need.

Location was good and easy to reach most tourist spots. The hotel was lovely. The rooms were elegant and well-appointed. Bathrooms were a little small, but had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and we really appreciated the ladies at breakfast (on the roof top terrace) and the bartenders at night. They were extremely friendly and ready to please. While drink prices were high, they were in line with the rest of Athens. The food was delicious, too. The roof top terrace has a beautiful view!

The hotel doesn't really have a lobby. This isn't anyone's fault.

The location was outstanding. It was near the entrance to the Zeus temple, but far enough in the Plaka to insulate it from road noises at night. The staff was very helpful, and the room had a kitchenette and coffee maker, which we loved. It was just a short walk to a lovely outdoor restaurant, with seating covered by trees, and this will definitely be the place I stay if I return to Athens!!!

Location was perfect, terrace with the view on Acropolis, friendly staff. Good breakfast on the terrace, which was very nice.

Maybe only thing, if you want to sit on the terracce in the evening, and its cold outside and the glass doors are closed, it not very nice that people are smoking inside and they are allowed to do so, because if you are pregnant, or just dont want to smell as a rug, then you have to leave and go some place else. Closed space should be non smoking.

Great location in the center of Athens, close to all major attractions, great service and staff

The location was what we like the most. It was convenient for our city activities.

The shower head was not the best as the water sprayed in different directions.
