Enjoyed the grill and patio, close to pool.

This past week we did not have great weather but we had a good time. The double red flags made the trip for the kids a little boring but we made the most of it. The owner Steven was awesome to get in touch with no matter time or day. We was disappointed that the beach club house was closed. We didn’t know that was going to be closed. Everything was clean and a short walk to the beach. Not sure we will be back to PCB in the future due to going to eat and Pier Park was so heavily packed and busy. The beach was extremely packed. We would go out as early as 7 am and it’s was already 2 to 3 rows deep. Never seen a beach this crowed except dirty Myrtle. Thanks for the nice clean condo and being so responsive to our needs. Condo was amazing! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beach condo and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The condo was well-maintained and beautifully decorated, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location couldn't be better - a short walk from the beach as stated in the listing. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and linens. The building itself was also fantastic, with friendly staff and a great pool area. Overall, I highly recommend this beach condo for anyone looking for an enjoyable vacation experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We vacation at PCB every year so I am very familiar with all the different condo complexes. This was our first time not being in a high rise condo on the water. It was so nice not to have to worry about elevators and parking garage. Check in and out was an absolute breeze. I feel like we ventured out more since we didn't have to have the elevator hassle! Convenient to walmart and restaurants. It is definitely a 5 minute walk from condo to beach. We did time it several times. My family decided that when staying at some of the high rise condos it can take longer to get to the beach then our 5 min walk. We absolutely loved the pool right in our back yard. It was definitely one of the biggest pools we have ever had at our PCB stays. It was always clean and never really crowded. Another huge bonus was having the nice grill and deck. We grilled multiple times during our stay which saved us a lot of money. Condo was clean, beds very comfortable. If you are ok with not staying right on the water this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend this unit!

This is the Second year we have rented this condo. Perfect location and perfect size for our family. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Will book again.

Beautiful condo and really good location right next to the small playground and the larger pool on the property. Steve and his wife are very gracious and are there if you need anything. We will be booking with Steve again.

This is our favorite place to stay at Gulf Highlands! We have stayed here twice and booking again next year! Steve is wonderful if you need anything! Everything was in great working order and had absolutely no concerns. Best week ever! ! Thanks Steve for an amazing vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was very roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there making it very easy to just relax.

My wife and I enjoyed our time in Panama City Beach, and staying at this beautiful house made it an unforgettable experience! This was our first experience with a vacation rental--and it won't be our last. For about the same price it was far superior to a hotel stay. Steve was very approachable and responsive, especially during the somewhat convoluted check-in process. We look forward to returning and staying at this house!

2nd time we stayed here. Beautiful condo. Great location, beautifully furnished and clean.

A little disappointing that the pool on the beach was a crossed the street about 1/2 a mile but was still very enjoyable.

Our condo was very nice. Check in was terrible. Went to the place we were told to go and no one was there except a security guard. Sent to another location and told we would be called when room was ready. Never got a call, went back and was told it was ready an hour ago and must have forgot to call us. All except checkin was good.

The property was clean and very nice. Location was convenient to the beach and pool. Would stay again. Check-in was terrible. I was instructed to go to "Majestic" to check in but when I arrived was sent to "Eastgate" down the street where it took over an hour in a crowded lobby to check in. Was not a good start to the vacation.

Had a few hiccups at check in. Other than that it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed that the walk was not to far from the beach

I definitely recommend this condo! It’s in a great location with a pool right by it and a short walk to the beach! The condo was nice and the owner is super responsive to messages. We definitely plan to stay here again!

The check-in process was a breeze. It only took about 10 minutes. Once we entered the room the whole family was amazed at how clean this place was and how we had everything we needed when we arrived like a blender, toaster, multiple coffee pots etc. When we walked out on the back patio there was a playground at our backdoor and the pool right beside it. The walk to the beach was pleasent and took about 5 minutes with kids. In all we will definitely come back as long as we can get this condo in line with our vacation schedule. Steve was great and shared all the info I needed to book this trip. Can't wait to go back!

This townhouse is top notch. From the furnishings to the decor to the location. Had everything we needed for our stay. You literally walk off the back patio and are right at the pool. Beach is close and easy access. Will stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Check in process was pretty difficult, and it took more than an hour to complete. However, my expectations were more than met with the the rental. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well cared for. Access to the pools and beaches was great! We had a great family vacation!

The townhome was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Everything was as described. Great location, very quite community, and convenient to the pool, beach, and restaurants. The property manager is very nice. We enjoyed our stay!

This was our 1st trip to PCB and we plan on coming back. When we return, the only place we will stay is at Steve’s condo. It had plenty of room and it was well supplied. Large pool out the back door and a short walk to the beach. Steve was great to work with, responding within minutes to any questions. Awesome Place.

We had a wonderful time at this property. This was our 6th year at Gulf Highlands and this was one of the best/nicest places to stay.
