Location, facility, breakfast, pool, SPA, mall, kids play inside mall, housekeeping room, room size and view was the best room# 1915 Club 2 rooms with view to KLCC and Pool and KL tower and special thank to Ms. Faatihah-Duty Manager.

Old furniture, no kids play pool, pool water always cold (need heaters), TV channels need to he HDMI resolution as exist is not clear, breakfast is vegetarian, staff hospitality is weak and need improved (used to see a smily face).

Check in was fast. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of foods. The swimming pool was fantastic for laps swimming. A perfect place to stay for a holiday.

Too many people capacity but not supply of food adequately. Table Cleaning should be more .

In a room, should have water heater for tea of coffee but there were no. From Carpet , bad smell spreading. Room light not sufficient

We have liked with rooms, the two bedroom family suite is just fantastic to stay with family. It's spacious, full with amenities and toiletries. Besides 2 bedroom, the living room also very large and 3 washroom is just great. This is my 4th time stayed at Berjaya Times Square Hotel, and will stay again in the coming winter vacation. The washroom floors & walls need more polishing, hallways and passages walls may decorate to make it more vibrant please.

bathroom glass door is not able to close fully, a lot of small cockroaches in the toilet.

The spacious room and separate bathrooms, the closet and especially the breakfast choices and quality!

The bed was a bit hard, and I could hear every time the room near me open/close their door.

Excellent Hôtel au centre de Kuala Lumpur à deux pas de Bukit Bintang, le centre névralgique de KL ! Les chambres sont énormes et très propres. Très agencées avec beaucoup d’espace et coin salon. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, évitez 9h30-10h30 il y a du monde. L’hôtel est accolé au centre commercial Berajay ! 5 mètres voire moins. Bukit Bintang est à 8 minutes de marche. Un excellent choix pour un prix très abordable. Une voie superbe sur KL et sa nouvelle tour ;) Bon séjour, je reviendrai sans souci la prochaine fois.

Franchement rien mais pour comme si : L’enregistrement un peu long (anécdotique). L’indication des numéros de chambres est peu lisible.

Check-in was smooth. The rooms are big and airy. The bathrooms are big as well and are four + two feature.

However, the towels supplied were inadequate. There were no hand towels only bath towels and no floor mat. Hot water is an option and you must switch on the hot water supply. The water from the taps in the basin ran yellowish, then red adn then BLACK!

Strategically located for Bus Travel from SG to MY. Surrounded by many eateries & shopping.

Check- in at the hotel took long time My family slept at reception They are using very old PROSEDURE I signed in 9 peapers Pluse I have to pay a deposit they said its a law which is not true i was stying it Hilton hotel didn pay deposit . Room 2317 smell moldy (I got sick from this smell) Change room to 2308 was smell cigarettes, if you have breathing problems or kids dont think about this hotel Rooms very old need to renovate,, Sofas need deep clean. Yo can book throw here and befor you pay at the hotel you can ask the hotel to see the rooms

The hotel is in a prime location which means u can walk to the pavilion mall and other malls around. The mall adjoining the hotel is affordable and lots of food options We were given a free upgrade and it was spectacular Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms The views are breathtaking Check in and out easy The breakfast even though vegetarian was amazing. We throughly enjoyed it especially the freshly made parathas and the yummy croissants

Paying 30 ringit for a lost room key The rooms although well maintained now do need to be redone. Its showing age and use Housekeeping is okay. I was not impressed

-Breakfast (too simple & not much variety) -hot water at the bath tab is not working (quite frustrating) -my officemate room (other room) has cockroach. Her bathroom water pressure is so slow and has same issue like mine toward the hot water. -not worth of money. We've decided to check in at this hotel due to our seminar was held at this hotel. Surprisingly this is one of the biggest 5 star hotel chain. Totally unexpected.

My room is in Block A which is a distance away to walk to. Not sure of it is a hotel or residence suite. The room was entered and cleaned without my request and not well cleaned.

The proximity to shopping and food within the same building was a plus point. It helped to buy time when we had to wait for our room to be ready after 3pm (we arrived by noon). It was also nice to walk around in the mall after breakfast, and before bed.

Many matters irked us. But to share the more major ones... 1. The bathtub was not clean, with obvious stains that cannot be removed. Our daughters were deprived of soaking in the bathtub as a result. The room was obviously just very old. Despite being clean, it no longer looks worth the $$ 2. The breakfast is now full vegetarian, and we weren't too happy with the idea of mock meat (we did try it, but definitely a no no for non-vegetarians like us). The hallways were filled with poster frames on the idea if being vegetarian, which we did not like as it appears to be attempts at brainwashing. Very uncool

Very unorganised. Hotel is not that clean as it should be. In hospitality industry staff should be polite. Morning breakfast servicing staff(waters are mannerless and rude). Some of the staff is ok. We travel a lot so other countries hotel and resort staff are very polite with nice smiling face. They greet whenever they meet. In Berjaya staff is a king. They treat customers like they are paying our stay.

Location is the only advantage

Poor service property is too big for the team to manage. Takes hours to deliver smallest necessities. Food is all veg.

Breakfast was okay but would be nice to have more choices instead of just Vegetarian food.

The position of the TV in the room..too near the bed .. and the sofa...if we are eating, we can't watch the TV...need improvement on the design in the room.

The welcome drink was a coupon given, we used at night of 28th june 2023. the guy in the place prepared it so well.

check in time i have a huge issue, complain was already pass to staff about night shift of 27th june 2023. they gave us key to another room where we open and other guests were already sleeping. then gave another key for a room which is on another tower. in this place also was locked and we are not able to get in. the third room only was able to check-in. Many things horrrible happened. i tried to communicate with management i have informed everything to Mr Hamdan and told to inform to Mrs laow how rude and inconsiderate the duty officer that night was( i told her name to Mr Hamdan already). and that time I hope my message get delivered to them. i have even given my email address also, not even a single time told sorry even! very rude. what would you feel when other guests open your room in the middle of the night 3am while your sleeping? utterly disappointed. no apology at all, i have the evidence and proof of what happened and will file the case against this hotel if officially they did not compensate for what they have done. suffered alot with my kid here.
