Tirando a localização, o hotel não apresenta condições. Janelas ultrapassadas e sem vidro duplo, casas de banho velhas, com cheiro intenso a esgoto.

Hotel completamente degradado e desatualizado. O quarto disponível para o casal com 2 filhos tinha uma casa de manhã totalmente equipada para utentes portadores de deficiência

the pool and the restaurant were fine

the beds. we were bitten alive and think we had bed bugs. we were in a parts of 7 and we all had them and was not mosquitos as we had been staying at another hotel the week before and had nothing. we only used this hotel for one night and we all had bites

La chambre était convenable et le petit déjeuner copieux. On n’a pas pu profiter de la piscine car nous avons passé la journée dehors de l’hôtel, mais le coin piscine était agréable et le bar aussi.

Le parking était pratique à côté de l’entrée de la chambre. Le personnel très disponible quand on a besoin.

The main pool and location.

The reception staff member checking us in was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was nothing like the picture and smelled very unpleasant (strong urine smell from the toilet). Towels around the pool were mandatory however upon asking for a towel, a 5 Euro deposit and , 2.50 Euro charge was requested. There should be an option for loaning a towel as part of the hotel accommodation cost.

Breakfast was fantastic

All rooms should have kettle.

The worse Hotel I ever been!!! High level of prices as usual in Algarve, old rooms requiring a full renovation, air conditioner without cleaning and maintenance spreading a very bad smell, wifi and tv not working, no fridge, bathroom poor cleaning after previous guests occupancy. Only the price charged match an real hotel standards. The Portuguese tourism bureau allowing this place keeping runing with hotel licensing is contributing for a very poor image of tourism in the country allowing disgusting hotels running without any control, inspection and without obligation of follow the minimum requirements to be called and licensed as an hotel.

Bueatiful setting. Well kept gardens. Very clean.

That the pool closed at 19.00. would have like to stay in the pool until at least 20.00 while there was still sunshine.
