The water at the faucet on the bathroom tasted weird, I use instead the bottle water provide by the hotel

Location and terrace had a nice view. I enjoyed the piano playing in the lobby.

The room was small and the beds were hard. Didn't like that you needed a key to lock the door from the inside rather than having a bolt lock. They did not clean our room after requesting it one morning before we stepped out. By the time we got back to our room, it was past 7pm so I admit we did not ask again since we were leaving the next morning. I was under the impression they had a bar in the hotel, but I was told they didn't. That should be updated on the site.

Beautiful hotel! Great location. A bit loud, church bells in the am... But, that is part of its charm... And the charm of Guadalajara! The lobby is lovely and they even had someone play the piano one night which added to the charm. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Would stay again ... A bit cheaper than the other hotels on the area that seem to be the same. Would stay again. Parking was available and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The location is pretty good

We stayed there for 9 days....the hotel was out of hot water for 3 days....sorry I can t stay 3 days without shower...so I will not recommend this place they didn't care about clents

A beautiful, historic yet modern hotel in a great location. valet parking included in the stay. the rooftop pool was amazing!

wifi was weak, no coffee maker in the room. I like coffee hours before breakfast. No purified water, which adds to the world wide plastics problem.
