The location

There was an electricity problem in the room. You could not switch off the lights without switching off the whole electricity system of the room. Unpractical to charge phones.

stayed here our first and last nights in Sardinia. first night in large lovely room with charm. last night in very small modern room with no character.

the rooms in new wing are very small. after a night in the old wing reserved thru Booking we reserved a room for last night in Sardinia through front desk. they didn’t tell us we were getting a completely different and inferior room for the same price.

Great quality hotel at reasonable prices in an A1 location. We’ve been here many times and always look forward to coming back.

The garage was almost separate from the hotel, without an elevator to bring our luggage. The room was pretty small, although the bathroom was big enough. The bathtub was very old, leaking water when we use the hydro massage function.

Beautiful hotel,clean , friendly staff.Very good choice at breakfast,from bacon and eggs to pastries,cheese ham.

Struggled to stand in bath to take shower,bath very high sided,tolietires not replanshied.Have an problem that the hotel is aware of,but has not been resolved.would have been nice to have a menu for room service,a pen and maybe some general info in room.My husband did not realize there was a fridge hid in wardrobe.

+ Really friendly and helpful room service (daily checking and cleaning of the room + refilling of soap, lotion etc) + Friendly reception + uncomplicated early check-in at arrival + Great breakfast (different bread, fresh fruits, eggs, etc.) + Big room with more than enough space to place your belongings + Perfect AC (not too loud + great cooling effect) + Perfect location (close to many delicious restaurants and the bastion saint remy, easily accessible by a short 10 min walk from Cagliary Train Station)

- Sometimes room doors have to be opened by pushing hard, which in turn increases the noise on the corridor and in the rooms

I wouldn’t pick a single thing that I didn’t like

Very smart with a high-end feel. Family room was an enormous suite with two bathrooms and great views over the city and sea in the distance. Main bed very comfortable as was the sofa bed in the adjoining reception room.

Very good situated downtown Cagliari I did not expect the parking and that it was for free - good service!! Impressive breakfast and a good start into the day

Clean, good wifi and aircon. super bathroom with jacuzzi and shower with jets. Friendly staff.
