Todo muy bien, y la ducha con difusores en los laterales...una pasada. Me encantó
Que no había aparcamiento y tienes que dejar el coche unas calles más abajo.

Me gusto mucho la amplitud de la habitación y el baño. Eso genial!!!
Cosas a mejorar:
Almohadas, son muy bajitas y cojines para apoyarse pequeños... Echamos de menos sobre todo una zona donde estar comun en el hotel... para despues de visitar la zona y poder descansar sin tener que irte a la habitación y tomarte algo... Intentamos cenar un dia y a las 21.30h ya estaba cerrada la cocina...

Check out was normal.
The hotel place is good, not far from the royal palace.
The check in process was fulfilled "on line", the staff was absent at the entrance.
The parking was slightly difficult to use.
At the room electrical sockets was placed only at the one wall, far from the bed.

Great location. Central but quiet. Modern, well decorated and large room with balcony. Reasonable breakfast included. Underground, secured parking.

the village and castle were really nice, the accommodation is located well
the shower water didn’t run, it ended up in a disgusting situation with feet in a bathtub of water

the room was beautiful, the bed really comfortable and the bathroom was very nice.

is very good location
the lights of our balcony were in all night making this very uncomfortable for sleeping. Also the AC unit makes a horrible noise so is not possible to leave it on for sleeping

I got big room, was very spacious.
Due to COVID I can understand everything but the breakfast was pathetic. No hot water for one day.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The hotel restaurant had great food and a good wine selection.

Reception staff were so friendly on arrival. Our room was lovely with a huge comfy bed. The shower was great. We had brekkie the next morning which was very nice too. Just a short stay but we’ll stay again.

The hotel is simply perfect, the receptionist was very kind, prepared, and extremely attentive on the higiene (after covid period). The room was huge, and clean. There was a large balcony, with two chairs and a table to confortably sit outside. The shower was amazing 1 top water jet plus six lateral water jets.
The bad was super soft an visco-elastic. A huge tv was perfecly oriented.
The hotel is located a few meters from the olite Castel, very close to the center. There is the possibility to park the car inside the hotel in a private garage for 15 euros,however it is not needed since it is quite easy to find a parking in the streets nearby, (a few meters from the hotel).
Que quantity of the breakfast wasn't bad, given that it wasn't a buffet, it was hard to ask for more than the initial portion.
A small fridge, to keep some water cold, would be extremely appreciated.

Great location a couple minutes from the fairy-tale-like main square of Olite Old Town. Hotel has the option of paid parking in its own garage. Room was comfortable and clean, nice decor all around the hotel.
