Location, very clean

This hotel has no reception and no human interaction at all times. At no point during the online booking with Booking.com was this flagged up. If it had, I would have chosen another hotel. Instead, arriving late and in the dark, I was left standing in the street being asked for passport photographs in Spanish (which I fortunately speak) on whatsapp before being sent a code to key on the door pad and very confusing instructions on how to open the two entrance doors and then the room number (HAB NO). Trying to call the whatsapp number only got a message to say no one was available. As for the accommodation, it turned a bad start into an awful night - bed and pillows were rock hard, extremely uncomfortable and giving anything but a restful night.

The superior rooms with a spa tub were wonderful - spacious room and bathroom with beautiful views of the castle.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel but the first time with the automated check in. While the process worked, I didn't like having to enter a code to enter the room. I would have preferred having a key card. Although I understand staffing limitations there was no front desk or personal touch. The only time we had interaction with someone was to pay at check out. I've been to Olite several times so didn't need help with the area but if someone is expecting recommendations or support for the area this won't happen at this hotel.

Close to town, spotless and comfy

it was very clean and central, easy to get to.

We had a superior room with a hydro massage bath when it was used as a shower it became rather slippery.

The room was spotless with a lovely spa tub. And the view! absolutely no complaints. breakfast was a bit thin, but we were the only guests so it makes some sense.

Good location—close to center but on a street without bars. Very clean and appears recently renovated.

The electronic door locks are loud.

Everything! Location, owner Esther, cool modern digs in contrast to old medieval outside. Very awesome. And crisp white sheets with cozy pillows! Oh and a sweet lil balcony.

Located in the center, very close to sightseeing places. Comfortable for a good price. Staff is really good. Esther was really nice with me.

Tables and chairs for workers at room are too small. Not the most comfortable place if you need to work at the room. However, nice chairs available downstairs at the hall.

Nice, friendly staff. Nice rooms, excellent beds. Very close to the Palacio Real de Olite. All in all very, very good.
