The hotel has a lovely feel about it, very friendly and helpful staff and the location is perfect as it is such a short walk away from the beautiful medieval town centre, which we absolutely loved exploring.

Very clean and friendly informal hotel. Great location for us, about 5 min walk.into town. 100 yards from a bodega where we tasted and bought some great wine. Small but very clean pool in lovely garden. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing. For us it was perfect

The juglar is a small hotel 5 minutes easy walk to the town centre with excellent bars and restaurants. The continental breakfast was good, served by the hotel staff.

The only possible small complaint about the hotel was that there was no ramp all the way to reception - however you went, you had to lift your luggage up a few steps inside.

Beautiful building, pleasant garden and pool, very friendly staff, nice town where it is located.

No restaurant at site, but very helpful in arranging reservation at the restaurant of the same owners.

The location was great, only a 10 minute walk into Olite. It was nice that they let us park the motorbikes behind the locked gates.

They could fix their noisy plumbing!

The pool was great for a refreshing swim and the grounds are very nice. Located just a 10 min walk to the town, it is convenient. Next door is a great winery that does tastings and just a few hundred meters down the other way is another.

The size of the rooms is very misleading. I felt like Harry Potter. Hit my head about 4 times....and so did my girlfriend (and she's 5.6). The shower is a joke because of it. The bed was the same quality mattress as a pullout sofa bed. Finally, the aircon points at a window and doesn't cool the room. I paid for the breakfast but you can't take it or even a coffee to go. It is apparently just plate service, so when we had to leave in the mornings and just wanted a coffee and a croissant (or anything...we just wanted something for the car) they couldn't give it to us. Went across the street and got what we wanted from a local cafe that opens at 6.

Beautiful cosy and in walking distance from the centre.

There was a little bit of humidity in our room, but otherwise it was perfect.

We had about 2 years previously stayed at this hotel. It’s close to the town centre , castle and Bodagas Ochoa. It’s beautifully presented with comfortable rooms and free parking directly alongside the hotel.

On our first stay, we thought the property was family owned and run and very friendly. On return, it felt more like a business with us seeing various front of office staff. We did ask for a bottle of water in the room which would normally be provided in this standard and price range of hotel. We were pointed to a vending machine in the area to purchase water if required.

Beautiful pictures on the website, good photograph but the reality is diffrent! Room was not clean enough (There were fingerprints on the small mirror) , toilet was not hanging straight. The fridge made a lot of noise. The safe was not working, and the staff didn't know how the safe worked; at the end they give us the safety key to open it! When we decided (we booked 2 nights) to leave after the first night the staff was not willing to give us some money back, not even the price of the breakfast. We are very dissapointed.
