De gordijn bedekte maar de helft van de raam

Location, late checkout, comfortable, not cramped
Room a bit shabby ; missing skirting boards, curtains hung askew, bathroom plug not quite working, safe had no power.

Het hotel werd gerenoveerd, dit had ik niet gelezen tijdens het boeken of het stond er toen nog niet op. Ik had expres een superieur kamer genomen omdat ik wat meer luxe wou.
Het bed was als een houten plank, alsof het topmatras miste en ik kon de vering voelen. In de badkamer zat in de hoeken enorm veel schimmel. Zoals het er uit zag was de kamer 10 jaar geleden al aan renovatie toe.
Ook de gordijnen hingen half voor het raam en die heb ik zelf nog goed moeten hangen. Daarnaast hing er op 3 plekken nog plakband aan het plafond, deed de airco/verwarming het niet en was de lijst waar het evacuatie plan in hing kapot.
Ter compensatie gratis ontbijt gekregen, dit was oké maar het was jammer dat een half uur voordat het ontbijt buffet voorbij was de broodjes op waren.

Het bed lag lekker. In de lift hing een blaadje dat ze gingen renoveren. Ik denk dat dit een slimme keuze is. Personeel aan de balie was vriendelijk.
Schoonheid, beddengoed had vlekken, vloer was niet helemaal schoon en er zat een lijmvlek op de wastafel.

Alles was slecht geregeld het water werd niet warm me douche kon niet omhoog staan viel telkens naar beneden. Ook stond er een bouwdroger op mijn kamer, de plinten waren niet afgewerkt. Verder kon het raam ook niet open. Kortom een kut overnachting gehad

Waar ik het meest tevreden over was, was het personeel. De dame die ons verwelkomde was erg aardig en behulpzaam.
It was very cold , the heating didnt work , the bathroom was also cold. The receptionist gave is farelkę because the other rooms were occupied.

De ligging van het hotel en het bed
De kamer was oud en er waren verschillende dingen kapot of versleten. De gangen waren vuil en vies. Ook was er geen koelkastje op de kamer, zoals ik de omschrijving stond.

Esta cerca de la estacion central de trenes
La habitacion sin calefaccion con el frio que hacia, las paredes sucias y con signos de humedades y con los rodapies arrancados.
No es facil de encontrar ya que ni si quiera tiene una cartel que indique la situacion de este.
Un desastre que no se como tiene 4 estrellas cuando deberia ser de 1 estrella

God hotel in the center of the city so it is a short walk to most of the attracktions. Nice and helpful staff and good breakfast and the room was nice and clean.

De locatie was goed
Het was super smerig. De gordijnen zaten vol met schimmel. In elke hoek van de kamer waar je keek kwam je schimmel tegen. In de badkamer zat het al helemaal vol met schimmel. Het hoofdslot van de kamerdeur werkte niet, en alle deuren stonden bol en blakerde af van het vocht. Ook lagen er voor het raam een hoop uitgebrande sigaretten die vorige gebruikers hebben achter gelaten. Ook de bedden zijn dringend aan vervanging toe

It was dirty, smelly, stained, the elevator was so dirty and smelling bad.

Access to the city center was good. And they had good and friendly staff.
One of the advantages of this hotel is that it was booked without paying and this was great.
The corridors were narrow, the cooling system did not work, and fans were installed. You could smell a bad smell from the road. One of the toilets was broken, we had to change the room. The distance between our room and our children was 3 rooms. In general, if I am going to travel to this city again, I will not go to this hotel
The windows were not sound-insulated and the outside noise came inside.

The shower hose had a tiny powerless stream of water. Can not take a proper shower and certainly not wash your hair..

The location is perfect and the room is also spacious.
It was hard to find as the hotel doesn’t have any visible signage outside. They only have A4 size paper posted on the door with the hotel name.

Excellent location, very friendly staff (they serve with a smile which is genuine), delicious breakfast (really better compared to other hotels we have visited recently), competitive rates.
The air conditioner was centrally controlled, meaning we had no influence over whether it was running or not, the set temperature or the fan speed. I asked the reception to switch it off for our room (was too hot in our room!) but despite promises this never happened (I got the feeling the staff did not really know how to handle the centralized settings). Due to street noise we could not leave the window open during the night, so had to suffer.

They need to put up the hotel sign post as i could not locate the building. I mentioned it to one of the staff though who said the management is looking into it.
