Location was nice. Not far from downtown and relatively quiet area.

No hot water. I was told to let water run for 15 minutes which is such a waste. Bad echo in the hotel when guests are noisy after hours. Some rooms only had windows that were accessible from walkway, so I didn't feel secure leaving the window open to cool off the room when I wasn't in it.

The room was really tiny and the bed was almost at the floor. The only window the room had was facing the hallway and ever time someone walked there a bright light woud go on and light up our entire room. There was also a beeping alarm going off every 30 seconds that they said they could not turn off. All and all, it suffices if you are just passing through for one night but I would recommend going to another hotel.

The location is exactly where I like to stay in San Cris.

As a critique, it’s a nice clean place with comfortable beds and a very busy cleaning staff. They always seem to be around. I plan on coming back. So I can’t complain about the Luna Dulce.

Pretty much, everything was fine. The staff was kind, allowed us to occupy the room earlier! The place is close to transport (ADO) and restaurants. Good value for money.

The wifi was very weak in the room.
