The room was quite roomy, for Japanese standards. The staff were all very friendly helpful and spoke English well. Having the complimentary breaks
The location was not in the centre of the action (from the little exploring we did) however that was a conscious decision as we wanted to be by a station to get to the airport via the Keisei skylines

フロントでもいつも笑顔だったので、感じ良かったです。挨拶もいつもされましたし、お掃除の方も挨拶など行き届いてましたね。
普通の設備でしたね。

地理位置优越，交通非常便利，位于神田车站附近，去秋叶原也非常方便，步行十分钟左右就能到达。每日早上有免费自助早餐，种类齐全，非常美味。房间面积相对较大，卫生干净，体验舒适，同时房间内设备齐全，日常所需工具相当完备。酒店服务态度优秀，每次出门或回来都点头打招呼，非常热情。下次再来东京考虑再次入住。

L’hôtel n'est pas loin de la station de métro kanda sur la Yamanote line. Il faut prendre la sortie ouest.
Il y a ce qu'il faut dans la chambre, serviettes, brosse à dent, dentifrice, gel douche, gel pour le visage/main, shampoing et après shampoing.
Il y a des pyjamas, brosse à cheveux, rasoir, coton et coton tige à disposition.
Pareil pour le café au lait, le thé et de l'eau.
Le petit déjeuner, occidental et japonnais est à volonté avec beaucoup de choix.
Vous pouvez demander à l’accueil des livres touristiques sur la ville de Tokyo, il y en a en toutes les langues.
Le personnel est sympathique et parle anglais. Vous pouvez payer en CB sans problème.
En conclusion, je vous recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

The price was great. The bed was comfortable. It is an 8 min walk to the train station. Akihabara is close by.
We did not like a lot of the food served at breakfast. It is a smaller buffet than we thought. We were hoping for pancakes and waffles each morning but didn't see any. The room is very small

The location was superb. Very close to metro and JR lines. Although the room was small, our stay was pleasant overall. The staff was really kind and helpful. We book with for the second time. We will definitely choose it the next time we come to Tokyo. Thanks!

The room was, even for 5 nights, great. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was enough and mixed. Especially for the paid price we're really happy to have stayed here. Airco did its job.
Location: a few walking minutes from Kanda station so good start for a 5 days in Tokyo!
Nothing, but if you're >1.95m you might find the bathroom too small.

the staff at the reception were unfriendly and a bit reluctant to take care of sending our luggage to your group "Comfort hotel shin-osaka, because having to separate the delivery note/landbill/invoice in 4 separate sheets (we were all 9 people)

The staff was very helpful, it made our stay even better! Breakfast was great, you had a variety of Japanese and European food: scrambled eggs, bread, fruits, juices, soups, sausage, salad, cereals, waffles, danish breads, butter, water, coffee, etc. Nothing too fancy, but tasty.
Rooms could be bigger, but I understand the lack of space, specially in a big city such as Tokyo.

Almost everything! The rooms were clean,excellent really. The location of the property was spot-on. The wifi,breakfast etc etc was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Language barrier subject to the Staff at times. I believe the English language could be imparted to the Staff.

Near JR and subway stations, convenience stores, restaurants. Coffee and lemon water is available anytime at the cafe. Coin laundry at the 2nd flr. Even if you leave the 'do not disturb sign', they leave new hygiene kits at the door. Breakfast is simple but complete.

Very good location, few minutes walking from Kanda station from where you can reach any location. In hotel area there are many small restaurant and bars, you can pick nice food and have nice time.
Rooms are clean and cleaning is done on daily base.

Very nice location. It was not my first time in Tokyo and usually I stay in hotels near Tokyo station. This location in Kanda is even better. The Kanda station is not crowded but you can easily go to many different directions. The room facilities is fine, good quality for this price. The place is very quiet.
The breakfast was very simple. The total impression from the hotel that it is for business trips not for tourists. But still is not very big problem.

Super nice and helpful staff.
Breakfast included with the minimum necessary plus expresso coffee.
Water, expresso and hot drinks available for free all day, which is nice.
Room is a bit dated, bathroom is really small.
But for central tokyo the price is really fine. And we stayed one night here so not a problem.

Staff members were nice
I was unable to set up the AC, so the room was hot because the AC unit had the heater on. When I spoke to a staff member, they told me that the AC unit was not adjustable and suggested that I could open the window if I felt too hot. However, the room was quite loud with the window open. Additionally, the breakfast was not tasty. I have stayed in hotels of a similar price range in Tokyo before, but this one was particularly disappointing. On a positive note, the staff members were very nice, and it was walking distance to the Akhibara district.
