The spacious room and comfortable bed. We had a wonderful breakfast spread with very efficient staff.

The bathroom can be better maintained. It clogged up a little every time we showered.

The room was reellt good and the breakfast. The locstion was also good. Can recommend this place. Easy parking on the street.

Not so many parking places in the hotel. Alot of then on the street but you have to go up each morning at eight to renew your parking ticket can't be done the night before. I dont know how the town has been thinking here.....

Very friendly, helpful and kind staff. Comfortable room. The best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced - a high level of attention to detail means that there is truly something for everyone, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious.

The hotel/room was clean and tidy. The breakfasts were really good and varied. Easy process of reservation via booking platform. Perfect location, close to the beach, near the woods so it was relatively quiet.

The final price for the room on the bill was higher than stated on booking site - that definitely breaks the mood on holidays. I had to wait with pay for the manager because the stuff at the check-in didn't know how to pay the city fee (only cash or credit card).

The excellent location next to woods in the nice quieter western part of town, close to beach and bicycle way, bicycle rental nearby and yet not far from the DB train station. Family-owned, a charming and helpful couple, their own genuine kindness resulting in a motivated staff. Very large offerings varied daily at the breakfast 😋 even for my KETOlight diet.As requested a very quiet simple accommodation on the highest floor, comfortable bed, semi daily maid service, with a generous surprising rate reduction as my room did not have a balcony. The ambiance of Swinouscjie has become quite upscale, stylish, chique. For example.an excellent coffee roasting place had choice of many international beans, I enjoyed even a Yemenite brew,, another unusual address, Papa Hemingway, where one could have delicious gluten free cakes and used coffee with whipped cream. The length of the beach extending from the Swine River to and along the German part of Usedom is very long, uncrowded, clean and attractive. Many auto free bicycle paths and cross walks where all automobiles must stop for pedestrians a n d cyclists a great change to the dangerous traffic situation in Berlin. The quality of dining very high.In spite of EU inflation, Poland here at least 20% cheaper than the BRD.,noticeable in their attractive super markets. Not in the least the absence of graffiti, refuse .Instead.. overall social propriety a stunning contrast to where I live....the friendliness of the good-looking Poles, the joy of seeing happier three generations enjoying normally being together,, good manners.....what a difference to life in Berlin! NO MASKS required!

Very little! An improvement that could be done easily : raise the height of the bed., provide a light weight summer blanket.

Booked the stay for my parents who simply wanted to relax in area close to the beach and maintain basic comfort level. They liked the location and area around property - fresh, green, quiet. They also shared positive feedback about breakfast - all needed food was there, staff cared about food being enough for all. Overall they liked the breakfast

These are some opportunities for improvement so hotel can have more international audience and grow business (if this is the goal of course) 1) Mattress - since the fee for the room is not that cheap comparing to similar stars hotels in the 40 countries I have been too, it would be good to do some maintenance of furniture and equipment in the room from time to time to increase comfort for guests. So mattress could be more comfortable, and not be slippery 2) I live in Japan for more than 12 years, and if I pay 50 euro or more for the room, there is always bottle of water and slippers in the room. I'd say it is actually common not only for Japan but applies to majority of hotels, Airbnbs guest houses I have been to. This hotel didn't have it. Don't know if it is because people in Poland or Germany don't ask for this, or because hotel saves on it, or because it is the local culture. Really no idea. 3) Fridge - no fridge in the room. It could increase guests comfort if to place a small fridge in room

The breakfast was a rich selection for a wide variety of tastes. All was self service. Quiet side street as long as adjacent hotel building is not yet finished. Beach within 600 m walking distance. Bicycle rental near.

Breakfast was not organized: each day I needed to be there after 9 a.m. to get a free table. Mosquitoes in the room. Shared balcony. Balcony more visible from further away (no privacy screen). Fortunately, the neighboring hotel was not yet finished. Neighboring room partly audible. Underground parking space with puddle

The staff were very helpful and phoned me when it was getting near to their check-in desk's closing time on my day of arrival. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Acoustics! Every guest and their children and TV on the same floor are clearly audible. Also, in practice, a bit far from the actual city for walking multiple times a day.

photos seemed to depict the rooms as bigger, and with higher quality furniture and finishings. It was all mediocre for the price.

The highlight is the breakfast!!! So much variety and fresh meats, cheeses, sandwich spreads, etc...The building itself is modern and exceptionally clean. Location is good, short walk to the beach, promenade and restaurants/bars...Staff were friendly, Check in/out seamless. I believe each room has a balcony plus there’s a large communal terrace on each level and the grounds out back were immaculate and landscaped beautifully. Lots of options for families with children as well.

I am not too sure about the other rooms but ours was a double room with two twin sized beds. Furthermore, they were quite narrow and basically the whole layout gave me deja vu of my childhood bedroom...and not in a good way! As a married couple some may prefer this separate sleeping but we were a bit peeved about it. Also, despite the breakfast being awesome, we had to bring our dirty dishes to a designated spot by the kitchen, perhaps this was a corona virus reduction measure??? All in all, felt like a youth hostel somewhat with the twin beds and cleaning up our own dishes?? And it’s not like it was cheap, we paid around EUR 120/PLN480!!!
