Прекрасне розташування, в самому центрі міста. Ми приїхали зранку, і адміністратор погодилась заселили нас раніше. Потужний сигнал Wi-Fi. В готелі можна взяти карту та путівник по місту.

Мені не вдалося прийняти душ зранку, бо не було гарячої води. Ліжко в номері дуже сильно скрипить. В день виїзду нам треба було залишити рюкзаки до вечора, але адміністратор сказав що це неможливо. Це дивно, бо майже в усіх готелях така опція доступна

amazing location! clean rooms and modern bathrooms. easy check in/out process. includes a communal area with basic cooking facilities if needed. I’d happily stay here again.

This wasn’t an issue for me however others should be aware the front desk isn’t monitored 24/7 as stated in the description. this being said, the self check in process is really easy. I didn’t really see anyone else while I was there, so if you’re wanting to make friends a hotel may be better set up for that.

The best thing about this place was the location! We were close to everything in Zagreb. Restaurants, markets, cathedral, and main shopping area! I really think it's a great deal for the money and the beds were comfortable. Also very easy to get the team there.

It is neat, Clean n new. You don't see any staff but they usually respond well to messages. Location is nice. Near the city center and not too far from the train station.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hostel Kaptol during my visit to Zagreb, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything exceeded my expectations! First and foremost, the location of the hostel is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Zagreb, in the historic Kaptol neighborhood, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the city's main attractions. As for the room, it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hostel's free Wi-Fi access was a huge plus, and it made it easy for me to stay connected during my work and travel. The staff at Hostel Kaptol were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I can confidently say that Hostel Kaptol provided the perfect base for my time in Zagreb. I highly recommend it to any traveler looking for a top-notch hostel experience. Whether you're a solo adventurer or traveling with friends, this hostel will not disappoint. I give it a well-deserved 10 out of 10 and would undoubtedly stay here again on my next trip to Zagreb!

We where in this hotel twice within one week. First stay was perfect but second not so good, so I can say that it depends in which room you are.

If you stay in the room 8, you are not able to open the window because next to it there is a restaurant fan and you feel the smells from the kitchen. Also in the common bathroom there was no soap/shower gel. If other guests are noisy, you hear all of it.
