It was a beautiful place our dog loved the yard to explore in. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Karen and patrick were more then helpful. House was presented beautifully. Will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property and my dog also enjoyed the clean open space for exercise. The owners were very responsive and the property is fully fenced and gated so you feel safe.

We were pleased with the property. Very well stocked, had most of the kitchen equipment needed for gatherings. Host had kindly decorated for Christmas which added to the festive feeling. Would have liked to have aircon in all bedrooms, but only in master. Air conditioning in lounge and bedroom efficient. Friendly, spacious little cottage. Appreciated all the little extras- biscuits, coffee pods, fruit bread.

Our stay was centred around spending time with family so was perfect for our needs. Communication with owner was excellent and the extra bits and pieces included in the house were thoughtful and most helpful.

The bed was too soft so I and my husband were not able to sleep well. The rest of things were okay.

This home is very clean and comfortable for a family stay. We found the location was fantastic for exploring both the coastal and hinterland areas with everything just a short drive away! The home is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen to cook some family favourite meals! With two fussy eaters we took full advantage of what is available to cook meals we know our two little humans would love! The area was surprisingly quiet and we all enjoyed some much needed sleep each night after our daily adventures! What makes this place special is the amazing host Karen, nothing was too much trouble. Also the little extras that you find around the house, extra toilet rolls, the little toiletries available in case you forget yours, the milk and butter in the fridge, the variety of coffee pods and tea bags available! It’s the small things that make this house perfect!

Great place, tucked away so no loud tourist. Really great place with 3 decent sized bedrooms. Perfect for what we needed. Shopping centre just a 5 min drive down the road.

All in all a wonderful stay couldnt ask for better in any way. Karen was an extremely helpful and delightful host and the location whilst in central Gold coast close to all ammenitys was peaceful and secluded A truly great spot with lovely bush reserve view from verandah. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean with super comfy beds with some lovely extra touches Kitchen was really well equipt It was great to find such a lovely spot in which fur babies are welcomed Highly recommended a home away from home Thankyou we will be back

Relocating from overseas we stayed at the property for 2 months. Certainly it's home from home and there are a number of nice facilities nearby, such as the Ferry Road Market. I really recommend this accommodation and its lovely owners.
