a beautiful property in Sea Pines. Great location. Handy to beach, dining and shops. Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed.

Fantastic location and great size for a villa! Fit our family of 2 adults and 4 boys perfectly. Very well stocked kitchen and nice to have beach towels and toys to use. Loft area for extra sofa and desk nice bonus. Could use refresh of mattresses and pillows- we found very uncomfortable, but fine. Location is excellent, walk around corner to pool, walk across street to shops/coffee/food, and easy bike to tennis, harbourtown, and beach. Could also bike to Golf but need to drive since clubs (only downfall is it’s not a golf cart community). Tons of grocery and restaurant options as well right outside gate.

First time we have visited Hilton Head and it did not disappoint. Property location and appearance were all very good. Only criticism is it was listed as having two King Beds and it only has one. The second was a queen. Minor item but should update that piece to be accurate. Highly recommend the property and the location was close to everything we were interested in. !

We stayed at Calm Villa Sea Pines for 9 nights. The location cannot be beat. It is convenient to so much and the walkability to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center is fantastic! The villa is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for meals in as well. My husband worked several days remotely and found the loft area to be a perfect work spot. We’d highly recommend this property!

We just returned from our trip — this was our first time renting a condo instead of a house. We loved the location within sea pines. Trolley access across the street made it easy to get to beach. We also really enjoyed the pool which was rarely crowded and great for the kids. The condo was very clean and provided a very comfortable environment for family time!

Great Stay

Townhouse was very comfortable for our party of 8. We had plenty of room - kitchen was well equipped. Location in Sea Pines was very convenient to everything. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

We’ve been coming to Hilton head for years and this was my favorite place we stayed. The condo was updated, clean and very spacious. It was equipped with everything you could need. My 5 year old loved all the games and the loft. My mother loved all the kitchen supplies and the beach towels were an added bonus. It was nice to be able to bike to sea pines village, Harbour town, Lawton stables and the beach. The only issue we ran into was getting our infant and grandma to the beach. No trolleys were running and some days Sea Pines has a problem with us dropping them off and picking them up.

The host provided a guide for everything we needed to know and made our stay so easy. We have 3 little ones and the property was very baby and little kid friendly. A beautiful setting for our anniversary week getaway - a beautifully appointed condo, tucked right into the sea pines. Every comfort we needed (and a few we wish we had at our own home!) to really enjoy the time away. We had to bring some work with us, but when it was time to relax and enjoy the area, there were so many things to enjoy - a beautiful neighborhood, access to great shops, cafes (try C'est Bon, right across the street!), bike and walking trails, and wonderful restaurants, on and off the water. Easy beach access and nearby forest preserve and Audobon trails were terrific ways to see the beauty of the lowcountry environment. Thanks to our wonderful hosts. We're already looking forward to a return trip.

We really enjoyed our stay! Inside: The Villa was updated, and very clean! The furniture, tv's, appliances all seemed like new. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 young kiddos. It was all great to us. Location: It was very peaceful, didn't really even see many other residents in the immediate area. Was low traffic enough for our kids to ride bikes in the parking lot. We enjoyed riding bikes everywhere. Shopping/eating across the street. Sea pines beach (less than a mile)? Harbor town (less than a mile)? On-Site Pool and Tennis: We played tennis, and the kids swam in the pool (no other guests around during either). We will be back!

A beautifully furnished property in amazing Sea Pines Resort. Close proximity to pool, bike trails, dining and shopping.

We have only positive reviews for this lovely property. Everything was spotless and the decor is beautiful. It’s in a perfect location near the shopping plaza and an easy bike ride to Harbour Town and the Beach Club. We hope to return next year. What a gem!

Very nicely updated. Excellent accomodations. My family of five spent a week here and absolutely loved it. Great location. Quiet yet not far from dining choices. This is a gem and if I had to go back I would easily choose this again.

Great spot to enjoy all that HHI and Sea Pines has to offer. Accommodations were very good. Master suite was ideal and other bedrooms were good. Kitchen was well stocked. Big living room for the whole family of 6 to hang out. Made great use of pickle ball, tennis and pool as well.

Spent a lovely week on Hilton Head at Sea Pines Villa. Loved morning walks for coffee, biking to the beach, watching the alligators 'sun' on the golf course, checking out the nature preserves and great restaurants, and sitting on the deck taking in the sounds of nature. Our villa was spacious, well maintained (kitchen, linens, books, games) and the beach vibe was evident throughout.

The home is comfortable and well stocked. Felt very safe and it was a very convenient location. Enjoyed our first visit to HHI very much.

If I could give this property more than a 5 rating I would. The property was just as described on the website. Awesome location, convenient to many shops, eating and entertainment. Sea Pines and Harbour Town were beyond any accolade in my vocabulary. The weather was absolutely perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed the bike/walking path. The locals were extremely friendly. The food was outstanding. If I ever go back to HHI, I will definitely look for this property again. I hated to leave.
