Good location with parking

The apartment was big, nice, fully equipped with great location close to the city center. Parking slots for guests. We enjoyed our stay pretty much!

We didnt met any staff members, so we couldnt tell our complains to anyone - The batteries to one of the remote controlls were missing and one night table was pretty shaky. But otherwise no other problems.

Rooms were lovely and clean, facilities provided were great. We loved the location and being able to prepare a meal for ourselves. Great to have secure parking.

The codes for the 3 doors are a bit difficult, would be easier with a card.

Apt is very clean and neat, beds are comfortable. Surroundings outside is quiet. Apt is secured with password key access. Host was helpful when we had difficulty finding the place at night and using the key access at first. Private car park available.

Apt was heated from the ground and was a bit cold when we arrived, but it was ok after we turned up the heating subsequently. It would be good to have a microwave oven, and to provide washing detergent as travellers usually won't buy and carry washing detergent around. We couldn't find bin for non-recyclable trash although there are plastic bags provided which we then used to bag rubbish. Advisable to pack and bring up a small bag with clothes you need for the duration of stay instead of big luggage.

The location is strategic, near to the tram and bus station. The grocery is also easily accessible. The room is clean and tidy.

Steep staircase, its a bit difficult if u carry the heavy luggage.

The apartment was really nice, sparkling clean and comfortable. A lot of space! Few minutes’ walk from the center and super markets round the corner. Parking available on the property which is definitely a plus in a city like Augsburg.... and amazing detailed information from the owners on how to get there, check-in, etc... Nothing can go wrong :-) We'll definitely come back, thank you!!!
