Die Lage ist super. Unser Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon in den parkähnlichen Innenhof, das war wunderschön. Das Personal war freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt.
Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Grandiose Unterkunft an bester Lage - sehr ruhig und geräumige Zimmer mit Blick auf den Dom! Zu Fuss ins Stadtzentrum keine 5 Minuten, sehr sauber und sehr nette Gastgeber! Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und das Frühstück war super lecker. Wir können das Hotel allen empfehlen die Augsburg auch zu Fuss erkunden möchten und das Auto abstellen! Besten Dank für Ihre Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft ... wir kommen gerne wieder!

Großes Zimmer und kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür. Gutes Frühstück. Hotel mit Charme in sehr guter Lage zum Stadtkern.
Mit Kinderwagen sind einige Zimmer trotz Aufzug nicht erreichbar wie auch die erste Treppe zum Eingang. Der Pool ist zu kühl.

The hotel is situated very close to the Augsburg Dom and the Old Town is just five minutes walk. The hotel is very well styled, the room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, everything you expect in Bavaria. The hotel is ideally located for walks to the Augsburg old town, including the famous Fuggerei complex.
I cannot mention anything disappointing or negative.

Very beautiful place and great location, nice breakfast
A bit hot in the summer without air-conditioning. The lift does not reach all rooms, had to walk some steps, not very convenient when travelling with luggage.

Great location, short walk into the centre. Parking available at the front of the hotel. Good size room that was clean and comfortable with a free minibar.

Location is great, parking available at the hotel and around, room is clean and new.
Staff at the counter not very nice to help us find a parking alternative but there’s plenty of options cheaper than parking in the street. Breakfast is made with good products but not really diverse, missing olive oil and more variety of salad. More info on public transport will help: tram inner center is free, hotel city pass?

Unfortunately I was not able to fit the rental SUV in the parking garage (because it was too tall), but the hotel staff gave us a place to park the car near the back door of the hotel

The Hotel Receptionist freely recommended good restaurants nearby.

the property is in a great location, easy to walk everywhere. The lady at reception was very pleasant and helpful, even gave us robes for the sauna.

it was conveniently located within a short walk to the center. staff know,edgeable and helpful. we arrived very early and they checked us in right away. room was lovely and spacious. breakfast buffet was typical German and very adequate. I felt as if we were in an apartment and not a hotel.
there wasn’t coffee in room but they had coffee I. the lobby area available. a,ways nice for us to have that first cup before we shower and make our way to breakfast.

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was large and the bathroom was clean and bright. The staff were all very friendly. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was good and there was an area for us to sit in with our dogs.
The hotel is opposite the Dom but a little walk from the centre of town. This was no problem for us but it was a bit far for our elderly dogs!
