This property is very well appointed. Stunning sunrise views, quality kitchen appliances from smeg and Miele, fully equiped pantry and kitchenette, 2 mins walk to the beach/rock pools, gorgeous and well maintained gardens, 2 mins drive to blue swimmer - a great local restaurant! We were looking for somewhere that was clean & tidy had views, privacy , space and Lattitude 34 ticked all the boxes. Wow! what a beautiful place with modern contemporary design and uninterrupted views of the ocean. Paul the owner was great to deal with and very informative. We would absolutely recommend this amazing property.

Easy from beginning to end

Our 3 night, 4 day stay was absolute heaven. The house is immaculate, with stunning attention to detail. It is very liveable and all of the amenities have been very well thought out. The kitchen was a delight to cook in! The bedrooms, super comfy. We could look at that view for all eternity. It was a bit too cold to swim, so we spent our outdoor time watching the whales frolicking around and the tiny sparrows zipping to and fro. Paul the owner was wonderful and very helpful and responsive. We are already planning our next trip.

Excellent in every way

Latitude 34 is one of the best beach houses we have ever stayed in. Perfect location - near to the beach, Berry and Kiama, with a great coffee shop just down the road. The house itself is immaculate, comfortable and has sublime views. We have already booked again!

We had a wonderful time at Latitude 34. Everything about the house and location was faultless! We saw so many whales from both decks of the property! Fabulous 9 days! Didn’t want to leave! Returning again in October with the hope of seeing the Mumma whales returning with their babies! Thank you to Paul for providing such a perfect place to stay!

What a wonderful weekend we just spent at this beautiful property! It couldn’t have been a better experience...from the attentive and accommodating booking process with Paul to the most idyllic setting and ocean views (we even saw dolphins and whales from the back deck!!) Each morning we walked out the back yard past the infinity pool to the ocean and felt like we had the whole coastline to ourselves...and at night, the moon over the water and starlit skies were a perfect backdrop for our Wedding Anniversary getaway The home is impeccably clean with lovely decor, bedding and kitchen amenities. Celebrating Mother’s Day with my husband’s family from Qld was perfect at Latitude 34. We had enough room for everybody to move as a group or individually. The house could not be faulted, it was beautifully set up and so cosy in Winter. We enjoyed the most glorious views of the ocean and husband took full advantage of the surf in our backyard. The beautiful parents retreat upstairs provided ample space to set up a portacot for our toddler. The location was perfect, so close to everything we needed as weekend tourists. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend this property and we are discerning travellers!

As beautiful as the surrounding area is, we never wanted to leave the house! With three young kids, we had plenty of room to spread out, enjoy the pool and the incredible surrounds. We got home after five days away and are already looking at dates so we can come back.

We just spent the most magical 9 nights at this property 15th - 24th March 2019 with our adult children and their partners. Everyone had space and privacy and the views from the living room/back deck/infinity pool were amazing. The Parents retreat upstairs was lovely also. We were able to watch and hear the ocean whilst in the shower and also watch the magnificent sunrise and sunsets, the moon reflection on the ocean etc right from the bed/lounge/deck chairs. You can walk down and explore the rocks pools and fish from the rocks. There is a fantastic award winning rustic Cafe where we ate a delicious breakfast one morning. It is called the Blue Swimmer and is within walking distance. It overlooks Seven Mile Beach and the Crooked River. On two of the nights the courtesy bus from Gerroa Fisherman’s club picked us up and dropped us home again and the meals were great. The beds were super comfy with lovely linens and we all slept so well. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were games provided and a good selection of books to read. Free wifi was also great, not that we were on devices much with those views. There are shops close by for supplies. Paul was wonderful to deal with right from the start. Great communication. I thoroughly recommend this beautiful luxurious house for your holiday! We were sad to leave.

Family loved it beautiful location

This house was booked by a bride to be to sleep herself and part of the bridal party in the lead up and following on from her wedding. The house was amazing from top to bottom. Absolutely stunning views and the house itself was modern, clean and spacious. The owners are lovely and easy to deal with and the area is just beautiful and so perfect for a relaxing holiday. The only downside was a lack of fans/air con in the main living area but that was mostly offset by opening the back up. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again sometime.

From the moment you step inside this beautiful home you will be transported to a luxurious ocean escape. The amazing kitchen which is stocked with every utensil and accessory, the incredible master suite and wow the infinity pool. Once you step inside you will never want to leave. We had a most enjoyable stay at LATITUDE 34. This property is exactly as described online. The house enables everyone to relax and unwind in this beautiful part of the south coast. Paul, the owner, was most helpful in providing plenty of information and tips prior to our stay. We also ate at the nearby Blue Swimmer cafe a few times on Paul's recommendation which was much appreciated. It was great to be able to use the lock-up garage at the property - a feature which is not often offered. We have no hesitation in recommending this property to any discerning holidaymaker.

A gorgeous property in an exquisite location. Perfect for a quiet retreat with or without the kids! The house is beautiful with quality finishes throughout. What a treat to look out over the ocean whilst having a shower! Gerroa beach is very protected - safe swimming for the whole family. Having a pool however, is definitely a bonus! With Berry a short drive away, we found everything we were after & we look forward to a return visit in the not-too-distant future.

We had a wonderful week's stay in the beautiful LATITUDE 34. The house is so well designed to take advantage of its location looking out over the ocean and the rolling green hills. It is beautifully appointed with everyone you could possibly need including the 'revolving' pantry. The owner was delightful to deal with and we will certainly return for another visit. This is truly paradise and just only two hours from Sydney.

A truly stunning property with fantastic views! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latitude 34. It was very clean and had everything we needed, we felt totally relaxed and at home (didn’t want to leave!). It was only a short drive to the town Berry for a nice morning out (with great cafes/shops). We loved the parents retreat upstairs (luckily brought our monitor for our young children as they slept downstairs). We spent our days swimming in the gorgeous pool which had stunning views of the ocean, cooking yummy meals in the gourmet kitchen and going for walks along the beach. Highly recommended… we will definitely be coming back for another stay! Thank you xx
