The landlord is very helpful and friendly. On the rear of the house you have a great view to the backyards. I was there at Saturday so I could go to the nearby night market, which was fantastic. The Riverwalk and the day market are as well really close.
Breakfast is unfortunately not included.

Perfect little guest house in Trat. Friendly, super helpful owner. Delicious breakfast. Warm environment. Close enough to everything we needed. Helped us arrange transport to the pier.

Vsec mi je bilo vse. Nizka cena in kvalitetni guesthouse. Cistoca. Veliko za malo denarja. Sobe niso velike, so pa zelo veliki skupni prostori, s fotelji.

Минут десять пешком отавтостанции. Чистые санузлы в коридоре, в комнатах вентиляторы. Хозяйка молодец - приготовила прекрасный завтрак, все объяснила и организовала трансфер на остров Ко Чанг.
В комнате нет окна.

Wir waren dort für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp (aufm Weg nach Koh Chang). Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Der Nachtmarkt ist keine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Ich kann es absolut empfehlen, Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut.

It is very close to the market, and the owner arranged for transportation to the pier so we could go to Koh Kood. The common area is comfortable and apt for conversation with other guests.
Very dusty and unclean. Uncomfortable bed. Even the fans we used were dusty and spread dust through the entire bedroom.

Rooms too small and way too hot. Crammed/claustrophobic feel. Even though "touristically" friendly, so it was like visiting their home, which it also is. A bit awkward feel. Like disturbing.

Travel 20 hrs told hotel I would be late 00.00 o’clock when taxi found the Guest house the man said they was full and no room available was very tiered, he walked me to another guesthouse near bye,room was small and old ,no hot water
