we had a great stay at the property, it’s in a great location not too far from the bars and restaurants and beach. plenty of room for all of us and all facilities we needed. our host, Giannis, was extremely reliable and helpful with everything we needed and very friendly too.

the property is up quite a steep hill so the walk can be tiring but we’re a young group so wasn’t really an issue for us

The Villa was very spacious, especially the gardens and outside area’s. It was modern and well maintained. Giannis was great, very welcoming and had lots of tips and recommendations for us. The pool was kept very clean which was great. We enjoyed the use of the BBQ and outdoor eating area.

Overall the villa was great however there were a few things that could have made it even better. Better quality sunbeds would have been nice, they weren’t very comfortable and one was damaged. There could have been more utensils in the kitchen, we felt there were a few things missing I.e a salad bowl, a tray for carrying things in and out , an ice bucket for wine. It would have also been nice if there was some furniture (table and chairs) on the balconies, we couldn’t make use of them as there was nowhere to sit.

Amazing location with an amazing view. The little town is only a 1 mile walk away which has a number of bars/restaurants. Rhodes old town is a 40 minute drive and Lindos a 30 minute drive. Down the road from the villa is a little supermarket with lots of essentials. Bigger supermarket is only a short drive away (cost us 30euros for a return minibus). There is also another little shop just down the road that does coffees/sandwiches/pastries which are lovely and a great little walk in the morning if you don't have food in the villa. Outdoor area was great, pool was a good size. Nice outdoor sitting area with BBQ. Villa not overlooked and both Hill and Sea View villa 1 and 2 have been designed so you cannot see into each, really good set up considering they are directly next to each other. The villa owner is very helpful and always on hand via phone or whats app, so completely puts your mind at ease. Great value for money and we would stay here again.

Though it didn't bother our party the villa was up a hill but to us was worth it for the view you got but something to bare in mind if you have prams/elderly people. The villa sleeps 10 people but has 1 main bathroom, with a bath and shower head and then two of the rooms has en-suites. As a party of 7 with only 2 women it worked okay for us but again something to bare in mind with 3 bedrooms sharing the main bathroom. The outdoor area was amazing but only 8 sun-lounges for a villa that sleeps 10 adults?

The Villa is very clean and modern with lots of amneties and the view from the garden is just spot on. The Villa and the pool are spacious enough for 8 people although we went with 6. Host John was very helpful and recommended a lot of sights and restaurants. Also the town Kolimbya is in a walking distance with stores, bars and restaurants. We loved it!
