All the staff is very helpful and friendly (would rate them to 10), nice and clean rooms and facilities, a big pool with some natural shade and sun beds. A very good breakfast and a great salad bar with lunch and dinner. Possibilities for little hikes in the surrounding hills.

The rental cars were of poor reliability, we had to change the car twice. The kids club was not available during the first week and it was a surprise for us that parents were expected to be at sight all the time.

Everything was so easy at the hotel. From the start the staff were on hand to help and ensure we had the best stay possible. We accidentally forgot my daughters pushchair, but not a problem.. they had one we could borrow! The evening entertainment was varied and there was even a ‘mini disco for the kids which was lovely.

The drink selection for the all inclusive wasn’t as varied as I’d had hoped. I would prefer some nicer wine selections instead of the boxed wines available.. the sparkling wine was too sweet for my liking also.

We had very nice stay. We liked very much a lot of things. Staff at the hotel was super nice and helpful, food and drinks (except of wine) at high standard and good variety, good location (3 beaches just near by), it was clean. Price/value ratio very good. It's worth to note that we were off season (end of April). So hotel was not so fully booked.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, thoughtful and supportive. Especially Panormitis(apologies if wrongly spelt)- he went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxed as possible, he is trully what makes this hotel so special. We travelled during a grieving time but hotel was so understandable and helped us to feel as best as possible. The food selection here is fantastic, we stayed for a week and every night had a different selection, all good quality salad , bread and vegetables. Staff were friendly and very organised, the restaurant manager personaly greeted everyone and where well overseeing to ensure kitchen operates efficiently, there were never empty plates left on tables for too long or food run out before it got topped up again. The hotel should be very proud of their staff, without them we would not have enjoyed our holiday as much as we did. Thank you

We lived in a 2-room suite for 10 days. The room was modern and spacious. Cleaning was done every day. The two bathrooms were very helpful. Very pleasant staff. The food was for the most part not bad, although the abundance of pork did not please me. Delicious desserts. Amazing atmosphere. Great bartenders in the lobby bar - George and Stavros really know their job. A great place to relax for adults who appreciate peace and quiet.

Perhaps the quality of the food should be improved.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything was just perfect. An example of how a hotel should be managed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would also like to thank Romeo who has always helped us throughout the stay and was very friendly to us and to our son. We will definitely be back next year!

It's quite close to airport. Around small city. Car rent possible for fair price in hotel. On arrival you'll be met kindly and meal will be provided. Nice area, pool, food. Very kind personal. In case you arrive too early you'll be given all access. This more family hotel

it is a great all-inclusive option, well situated, the staff is really nice and as many said here already, there is a relaxed atmosphere.

We really enjoyed the good Greek food at the buffet. Generous all inclusive offer, plenty of options and no tiny plastic cups for drinks, as other typical AI resorts. Friendly and service minded staff 😊 We opted for the direct pool access room, which was great. Perfect place to relax!

The restaurant had really delicious and various sorts of food available. Both the children and adults were happy. The deserts were awesome. We enjoyed the pool area and the beach was close. Hotel guests could utilize the chairs at the beach free. Hotel was cozy and the personnel was friendly. Our family liked the (non-alcohol) drinks available in the lobby and bars. The garden was beautiful. The hotel was near shops, no need for a car, unless you want go further and check the island. Late checkout was not possible due to another reservation for our room, but we could utilize the pool and have lunch even after we had given the room away.

Massages were not totally free. With the all-inclusive wristband you could get only discount or some free massage after paying the full prize. We thought beforehand that it was included in the all-inclusive. But that was only a minor issue.

The staff were very kind polite and helpful There was a good variety of food.

The cafeteria had a lot of echo and noise especially when people moved the chairs We were sorry to see that the croissants were dry and seemed to have been heated several times. I tried to eat them everyday but they were never fresh. Also, there was not much variety of bread. It would also be convenient to have the fresh fruit juice available in the cafeteria and not have to go the bar of the lobby to get one. The poor lady of the bar was very helpful but also always very busy and the bar appeared to be understaffed with queues of guests waiting to order their drinks.

We loved the food, the staff, the access to the pool, bar and beach and the all inclusive deal is a great value for money. The animation by the pool and the water toys/bed were really great to use for free. Would be happy to go back!

The hotel felt old at times and the music from the animation at night was just too loud for a family with young children.

Staff was amazing, very nice! They upgraded room for už because my brother had a birthday. It was so nice. Event staff Daniel was so great. Evening barista guys were amazing and cocktails were so good. My room was beautiful and areal of hotel was nice. Everything was clean.

Unfortunately food didn't impressed us. It was more of 3/4* hotel food definitely not 5*. So we were bit disappointed. No seefood. And food on lunch was like from elementary school kitchen. It was mostly overcooked. Breakfast was good and dinner let's say we were expecting more. Room of our friend should be with double and single bed but he got small sofa bed so it was disappointment. The beach isn't private and road to beach looks horrible. This was the worst thing about this accomodations. Beach was ok. Sand Beach. But the sand was bit muddi, so the water wasn't that clear as on other beaches we went on Rhodos. For example Lindos has more nicer sand beach. Unfortunately sea was bit dirty too. There was plastic bottles and cans so it was bit disappointing as well. Than the only thing about staff we didn't like was that at the beginning of the day there was ladies on the lobby bar and pool bar and they didn't understand English well and they didn't know how to prepare drinks. So we started to drink cocktail at evening time when there where professional barista guys. The biggest disappointment was, there was NO NORMAL COFFEE from roasted coffee beans... That was really upsetting. When we wanted normal coffee not nesca or syrup we asked for Greek coffee but it wasn't very good.

We had the best time at this hotel we stayed here for a week but had spilt our holiday into 2 stays and the hotel upgraded us for the first part of our holiday to match the second half we booked. The staff are the most kindest staff we've ever met, they're genuinely lovely and go above and beyond. The rooms are beautiful, pool was lovely and crystal clear. Food was fab, kids especially enjoyed breakfast and the entertainment was great, especially in evenings, especially the Jersey Tones/Jersey Boys was amazing. Was close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach too. Can't fault anything was a wonderful place to have a holiday!

We absolutely loved everything about the resort. From the location of the resort to the best staff you will ever experience. Throught our 7 day stay over there we only got smiles from the staff. Every little thing that needed sorting out they were there for us. Even got a complimentary upgrade for our room, because it was a special stay for us. Special props for barmans George and Spiros!! If I ever g oback to Rhodoes I know where I will stay! :)

The location, near all and near the beach and with Leonardo hotel part of the beach, walking distance to a great fish restaurant and also near the shopping and restaurants area, staff always helpful. Loved that some staff took the time for some small talk at the restaurant area. Worth mentioning the friendly guy Romeo.

Beds somewhat hard. A bit pricy. Too noisy in the restaurant area for peace and quiet.
