Mi è piaciuta la gentilezza della padrona di casa e di avermi aspettato nonostante l'orario iniziale che avevo dato era diverso. La stanza era della mia dimensione e il panorama dalla finestra era bellissimo. Ottimo il riscaldamento nella camera e il letto matrimoniale comodissimo. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la lista dei ristoranti dove poter andare a ristorare con distanze, indirizzo e i consigli. Buona la fermata dell'autobus vicinissima e anche il bar a fianco dove far colazione.

Metterei qualcosa a disposizione per la colazione e una bottiglietta d'acqua nelle camera. Lascerei qualche spazio nel frigorifero che era pieno di cibo dell'altro ospitato. Non c'è altro, perché tutto l'altro era perfetto.

Zimmer wie beschrieben, das Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Bad (camera verde) war groß und sauber, modern eingerichtet, Bad mit Toilette, Bidet und Dusche. Parken möglich in der Straße hinter dem Appartment (via dei giardini). Vorne laute Straße, hinten bei offenem Fenster hört man die Autobahn. Bei geschlossenem Fenster und Klimaanlage kein Problem. Unten im Haus tagsüber Bar bei der man in der Früh auch Croissants bekommt, oben in der Küche Herd, Mikrowelle und alles benötigte Geschirr. Appartmenttür für die drei Appartments wird zusätzlich mit großem Gitter verschlossen. Gute Vollkornsemmeln und auch Gebäck bekommt man beim Eurospar ca. 10min. entfernt. Das Zimmer mit externem eigenen Bad (camera azzuro) lag an der lauten Innenstadt-Straße und hatte zwei getrennte Betten. Neben den zwei Appartments gibt es ein drittes (camera rosso) welches sich die Küche teilt, war bei uns kein Problem. Ach ja Internet ist gut,

Fernsehen, es gibt min. 200 italienische Sender, auf Kanal 135 auch einen französischen, keinen englischen oder deutschen Sender gefunden.

Lovely room, clean fresh bedding, two extra blankets for night time when cooler. Air conditioning for during the day. Use of kitchen good. External bathroom very good & clean. Roberta very accommodating, I asked for extra time on check out and was no problem, I also arrived earlier than anticipated and was no problem. I sat and had a coffee at the cafe right next to property. Bus stop right outside less than 1 min and 27A bus to Centre. Supermarket 10 minutes walk. Great restaurant Casa Trattoria 10 minutes through the park right next to B&B..

If I stay in future I would prefer en-suite bathroom. I was at the front of the building and road noise was bad as were upstairs neighbours but that's not Roberta's fault.

Lots of space, good kitchen, very nice host

We stayed for one night with my friend, it's a nice clean place with a separate kitchen and bathroom for your use. It's a far distance from the center, so bear in mind can take you about 20min drive by car. We are by car, so was not an issue, but if you don't have transport can take a while to go to the city center by public transport, better than a taxi.

The owner is a super nice lady. We were coming for a festival that was starting 10.30, so 15.00 check-in was impossible for us. So we are really grateful for letting us in 9 o'clock in the morning to leave our backpacks and change before the festival. The room is clean with a comfortable bed. Private bathroom with rain shower. I would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is very clean,some distance from the city center,but next to the house is a bus stop ,and the bus runs after every 15 min.Also close is a supermarket Sigma. The host is very friendly,explanes everything.

The staff was very polite and I was able to check in early. The room was clean, well-ventilated and had aircon.

Perhaps the room could do with a bin. The only bin I had was in the toilet.

It was quiet. We liked the private bathroom. It was quite spacious and we had the necessities

It was very far from the center. It was annoying that we had to call a person to meet with us on certain time to give us the keys. It could be easier with self check in system. We had to pay six Euros for taxes in cash for two people for one night.

The room is nice and well prepared, with access to a fully equipped kitchen too. The location a little way out but it is an easy travel to the centre and Bologna central station bus, 27 is your friend 🙂. I love Bologna beautiful place I also traveled to Moderna and Parma by train easy to to see both cities in 1 day .. recommend this place.

The bed was a little soft for me..but that is probably my choice.

Everything was perfect.

The room is exactly as in the photos. It is very convenient because the stop of the bus to Bologna Central Station is a step away from the entrance of the building. Very clean and nice. The building itself is located next to a small, quiet park. The apartment has a shared kitchen with two other apartments. I forgot some stuff in the fridge. I called the owner, Roberta, and she was very accommodating to pass it on to a company that handles lost luggage at hotels, for which I thank her very much.

Land lady was very nice. The sheets were done every day. Room had air conditioner even though i didn't use it as i have a medical issue that makes me sensitive to them. Even though the location is a bit far from the center the bus station is right near and the bus travels all the time
