Breakfast was good, Need more options for Vegetarians and some items got over as we reached around 9:30 am on one day, The hotel should be ready to refill the exhausted items or provide alternates. Taste and quality were very good.

فندق نظيف وغرف واسعة ومرتبة ، الفندق يقع بالقرب من مكة مول ، يوجد مواقف كبيرة للسيارات ، خدمة الواي فاي ممتازة ، تعامل طاقم الموظفين ممتاز
يحتاج فقط لصيانة بسيطة في دورات المياه ، وأيضاً بوفيه الإفطار متواضع جداً ويحتاج لزيادة الأصناف وتحسينها

تعامل راقي من أ. امجد و أ. قصي، كان الفندق نظيف ويتوفر مواقف في اي وقت والافطار متنوع الاطباق الرئيسيه صراحه تجربه ممتازه وراح اكرر الزياره
الحمدلله تجربتي مافيها شي سيء وانا تواجدي وقت النوم والراحه فلذلك كان كل شي رائع وهدوء

Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. Hielpen met de koffer en het bepalen van de juiste reistijd naar het vliegveld. Koffie en thee op de kamer. Prima bed en douche
Er waren geen badkamer artikelen. Er was geen föhn in de badkamer. Oude handdoeken.

Not clean, unlike the pictures.
No housekeeping, No towels/bed sheets changing, toilet paper only when asked, No soap/tea/drinking water refill.
There was no buffet breakfast most of the days (the excuse was that the hotel is not fully booked)

Everything was nice, exceptional nice staff. Specially Farah at the reception. Good people. Definitely visiting the place again whenever next I’m travelling.

There are 2 shopping mall near the hotel. There is free parking provided. The staffs are very friendly.
The toilet is bit smelly & dirty. We have 2 persons. The hotel only provided 2 big towels & 1 small towel. The fridge was not working. The breakfast was really poor.

department store close to hotel, far from madness easy to manage with a rental car from airport. Quite, Clean, breakfast is ok, not my style but sturbucks is 1 mile opposite side of mecca road…. hotel have huge free parking front hotel & u need to pay attention just evening time because department store is full and overcrowded
