It was clean
Very different from photo. Clean inside but hot AF!! Never got below 71 degrees. They turned my internet off in the middle of the night. Quiet Time 10am -8pm blows. The Big Brother with cameras everywhere to catch you smoking or whatever is rediculous. Over priced! Not even any paper towels.

Place is old, only had one common bathroom, outdated kitchsn, blinds in kitchen dirty, towels had holes in them.

Location was excellent. Close to everything in mid-town.
Wood floors creaked a little, but it was only a minor nuisance.

It was homey. The rooms were nice. It was under 24 hr. surveillance. Over it was clean.

All of the facilities were nice, clean, and spacious.
Location was not ideal. It is located next to the outdoor Amtrack station, outdoor Marta station, and the Interstate. While those were not overly noisy, there was a good bit of noise from them.

The apartment was beautiful. The amenities were very much needed. The host(s) were extremely helpful to my needs (I had to reach out to the a couple times).
The rental agreement had a lot of things in it about damages and reimbursement of things that were not as they were. One thing particular was (stained towels) that kind of deters you from the unit if you have small children. This didn't happen to me just pointing out my thoughts when reading through the booking documents. Other than that everything else was good.
