We were very happy with this house! We stayed here with 4 adult couples and everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom with King bed. It’s so hard when the master is outstanding and the other bedrooms are small, this house was designed and furnished beautifully! While we were in town for the golf tourney, the lake was so fun and lots of water toys to utilize. I can’t say enough great things!! Also appreciated the great communication before and during our stay from property manager Carol!

My family (6 adults & 4 children) stayed for a week at this property. Everything was amazing, the house was just as pictured with all the wonderful amenities, very clean upon arrival and many extras! Each room was wonderfully decorated and the bedrooms were all very nice, comfortable beds and plenty of towels/sheets for all. We rented a boat as recommended, which we had a few minor issues, but were resolved quickly. Lake Wylie is a very nice lake and we spent a lot of our time on the lake. I could go on and on about how much fun we had and the memories were created with our children and grandchildren. I would highly recommend this property and hope that my family has the opportunity to return. Thank you for being a great find!

Home was gorgeous and very user friendly. We did rent a pontoon so we did take advantage of the beautiful lake. Our hostess, Nancy, was very helpful even recommending golf courses and answering any questions Highly recommend

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property! The house is beautiful, impeccably decorated, and super clean! The bathrooms are amazing and so luxurious! The house came equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was exactly how it was advertised on the listing! I can't say enough about the owner and property manager! They could not have been more responsive to our needs and truly went above and beyond! We loved every minute of our trip and look forward to coming back soon!

We came to help our daughter find an apartment and get to know the area before moving to Charlotte. It was a perfect contrast for us. We spent some of our time in the city, and some time just relaxing at the lake house. The house was so comfortable and beautiful. We look forward to our future visits!

Lived up to our expectations.

Our family of 8 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 infants stayed for a weeklong family vacation. The house is located in a quiet cove with a nice view of the open water. It was absolutely beautiful with plenty of private space for each couple. We love how every bedroom has a the beautiful view of the lake. The walk-in closets are huge and we used them as bedrooms for the toddlers. The layout and decor in this house is gorgeous. The outdoor decks are a great place to relax and listen to music on the Sonos sound system. The sandy beach was great for our little ones. We rented a pontoon boat from David and although we had an issue the first day, he immediately replaced it with another, even nicer boat. We highly recommend renting the pontoon, we had the most fun out on the lake with the boat and the many lake toys that are available. Everything about this rental was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation and would rent from Nancy and David again! David & Chris H. and family

The location, waterfront access, home, furnishings and supplied items are literally everyone you can ask for in a vacation home. The outdoor space is perfect with the beachfront, dock and two great back porches. The home was supplied with every item we could ever need, and the area is perfect for both seclusion and convenient access to shops, restaurants, etc. We could not have asked for a more perfect week. This is a wonderful house for a family gathering. It essentially has 3 master bedrooms (king beds/full bath) along with a couple of other bedrooms. We had 10 people and it never felt crowded. The kitchens (yes 2 of them!) were fully stock with everything we needed to make all of our meals at the house. This included lots of plates, glasses, pots/pans, tongs, serving ware, etc... The private beach was wonderful for swimming during the day and a beach fire at night. The decks - 2 of them - were super comfortable for relaxing with drinks and visting with family, including on the 1 day we has some minor rain. Lastly, the cornhole set in the garage provide hours of entertainment for the whole family.

Our family vacation was one of the best ever and we can not thank the owners and property managers enough for providing us with exceptional accommodations that met and exceeded our every wish!! What a magnificent home!

Lovely home with great little beach on a quiet inlet. Beds, pillows & deck couches are all super comfortable.We had plenty of space for a family of 9. We saw bald eagles, lizards & turtles from the property. Manager was responsive to questions.

The home was clean, well furnished with a stocked kitchen for cooking. The location in the bay was wonderful and close to the marina for gas and ice cream! We had a wonderful time with great weather!

The entire week's stay felt like the first day of our vacation! Usually by the end of a vacation people are ready to get back home but this home was so comfortable we could have stayed longer. Furnishings were very tasteful and met the needs of everyone. We all truly felt like we were "at home" as opposed to being in a rental property. The kitchen was so well equipped with appliances, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and cleaning supplies. One thing I would suggest is more dishcloths and dishtowels, however. There definitely was a shortage on those but we managed. Beds were also very comfortable. With 3 children, the swing was going to get a lot of use. Before we arrived Nancy noticed that it was cracked down the middle and ordered a new swing which arrived quickly. We appreciated her concern for the kids' safety. She was also very responsive to any inquiries we made. We also appreciated all the water gear available and the life jackets that covered ages from toddler to adult! We were able to truly create cherished family memories on our stay in this home.

This property is gorgeous with views of the lake from every room. It is very spacious so if you have a large family you can spread out and not be on top of each other. The home is beautifully decorated with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Covered deck facing lake is great place to hang out. Convenient grocery store near by neighborhood. Highly recommend this property

The home was perfect for us as well as the 2 additional families we had stay with us. We are already trying to find a week that works for all of us next year.

This is a truly well designed and thought-out property. The house is beautiful and extremely well kept. The grounds and lakeshore setting couldn't in our opinion be any better with the covered porches, large dock, and private beach providing many hours of enjoyment. Plenty of room inside and out for family togetherness but with many options for quiet time when you want to relax / recharge. While the property is secluded there are loads of shopping, dining, and entertainment options located within a short15-20 minute drive. Overall, we really couldn't have wished for a better experience an are already looking forward to another visit!

We enjoyed this house, it has a great floorplan that gives each bedroom privacy. We enjoyed the lake and some of the toys they provided.

Loved the house, location, and boating on Lake Wylie, and the fire ring on the beach.
