Location, location and location. Room is tiny but relatively comfortable for 2 nights on a single king size bed. Free Netflix was great when you want to just take a break from shopping or the crowds.
Still noisy after 12am with street cleaning, delivery vehicles and all sorts of machinery noises. Window is not double glazed.

Πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία, άμεση πρόσβαση στα αξιοθέατα! Πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό! Το καφέ/ζαχαροπλαστείο ακριβώς από κάτω έχει το πιο νόστιμο παγωτό!
Εμείς κλείσαμε σουίτα η οποία στη φωτογραφία φαινόταν ευρύχωρη και πολύ μεγαλύτερη από ότι στην πραγματικότητα που ήταν πολύ μικρό! Δεν μπαίνει ήλιος στο δωμάτιο είναι πολύ σκοτεινό και ο φωτισμός που έχουν είναι ανεπαρκής και πολύ κακός! Η καθαριότητα ήταν απλά απογοητευτική! Το μπάνιο είχε πολλά άλατα δε ξέρω πόσο καιρό είχε να καθαριστεί, τα μπουρνούζια μύριζαν πολύ άσχημα και εννοείται πως δε τα χρησιμοποιήσαμε και γενικά τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες δε μύριζαν φρεσκάδα! Δηλαδή πληρώσαμε για 1 βράδυ 280€ για να έχουμε αυτές τις παροχές! Για αυτά τα λεφτά δεν επιτρέπεται αυτή η κατάσταση!Μπαίνοντας στο χώρο σε ξεγελάνε με το αρωματικό χώρου που μυρίζει ωραία αλλά μέχρι εκεί όλα τα υπόλοιπα ήταν απογοητευτικά!Να σημειώσω πως οι φωτογραφίες που στέλνω ήταν χωρίς να έχουμε χρησιμοποιήσει τίποτα στο μπάνιο, δεν ανοίξαμε το νερό έτσι το βρήκαμε!Και το σεντόνι πάνω είχε λεκέ από κάποιον προηγούμενο μάλλον!

We were offered a free upgrade to the 5th floor suite. It was stunning and soundproof so perfect. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Location was so central . Can highly recommended

Fabulous central location, wonderful reception from staff and we were upgraded to an apartment which absolutely made our stay. Our bags were safely stored the next day upon checkout. We had the best stay and would highly recommend.

Tolles Interior-Design, extrem freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, gute Lage ganz in der Nähe des Doms, sehr sauber und gepflegt, perfekte Lage für Shopping-Trips.
Der Aufzug war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Finden der Unterkunft war eher schwierig, eine detaillierte Beschreibung vor Abreise wäre hilfreich.

The location was fantastic. The room “Navagli” was perfect, lots of lovely little touches and very comfortable for our 3 night stay.
The curtains for the very large window did not black out the lights from the shopping centre that were on all night. This was quite annoying as I like complete darkness but the lights outside lit the room up. My only criticism

As the venue is located in pedestrian area, there is no parking at the venue. However, the nearest parking is 1-2 min walking distance. Hence, reasonably convenient.

We were upgraded to an apartment- how I did not quite like it. it was dated with mixed of styles and way too much space (some people however would like it) socket hanging on the wall in walking wardrobe and bathroom. Bedsheet were nice and fresh, mirror in bathroom was not clean. Walls are very thin and you can hear neighbours watching tv, talking etc check out was 10:30am which I found a bit too early, but we were able to leave the bags in storage.

Location was perfect, very central to the cathedral and in a busy shopping area.
The room was very clean and well equipped. Bathroom was particularly spacious.
It had tea and coffee facilities, minibar/fridge, hairdryer.
Safe as you need three codes to access the property.

Effectively a hotel in that you have your room made up daily etc.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Noise was a comment on some reviews but there wasn’t anything substantial that bothered us. You are on a busy street so there will be some noise in the morning like street cleaners but in the evenings when the shops closed it was fine.
There were no real issues. The only comment is that the lifts can be tricky because people don’t close the doors properly so they won’t always come when called.

I stayed at INTOMILAN Galleria Duomo I Boutique & Design Aparthotel for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where top attractions is within walking distance nearby: Duomo di Milano, Cathedral Square Palazzo Reale di Milano, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and much more restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, grocery stores, public transportation. The staff was very helpful, and the room nice.
The only thing I didn’t like is that the air conditioner is working but not cooling right and you have no control over the temperature.

La posizione è eccellente, letteralmente a due passi dal Duomo di Milano. La camera molto ampia e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio con un bagno enorme, pulizia impeccabile. Lo staff gentile e cordiale prontissimo a soddisfare ogni minima richiesta. Il prezzo super conveniente considerata la posizione. Accettano animali che purtroppo ad oggi ancora non è scontata come cosa.

the duplex room is very nice but the 2 stories weren't helpful for the room size, and the beds were stiff.

Beautiful aparthotel with everything you need for a stay away. The host are lovely and kind, willing to make you feel so comfortable. You are located right in the City centre with everything at your doorstep. I loved my stay here.

Excellent central location. Friendly staff. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Nice welcome snacks and water and coffee station (even though I do not drink coffee). Comfortable bed. Nice big in-room safe (fit my laptop).
The door is paper thin. If there was anyone talking at the reception desk, it sounded like they were in my room. I was also next to the closet where guests luggage was stored/cleaning supplies so that being opened frequently was also noisy.

Direkt beim Dom, zentraler geht es nicht. Wunderschön eingerichtete, großzügige Zimmer mit vielen liebevollen Details wie Keksen zur Begrüßung. Zusatzservices wie Organisation eines Fahrers vom und zum Flughafen - alles hat perfekt geklappt.
Einziger Nachteil war, dass die Fenster in die Einkaufsgalerie gehen, sodass es kaum Tageslicht und keinen richtigen Ausblick gibt.

The room was spacious even though it was a single room. The single bed had almost the size of a double. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location perfect.
Room was facing the inside of a gallery, so it was really dark during the day and bright in the evening, because of the gallery lighting. The curtains did not block the light coming from the gallery at night as they were not wide enough.
