Close to airport. Shuttle was very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was just a place to stay the night before our flight home to the US, and it filled that role perfectly adequately.

The staff in the restaurant calculated my beer twice. Take a newspaper with you for dinner - a 30min interval between the salad and the steak + 30 min somebody to prepare the final bill. And the restaurant was not full.

I had only a night at the hotel because I had to catch my connecting flight the next morning. But the hotel, bed and food was to my expectation.

I spend 10 hours at the hotel only and there is nothing that I would say that I didn't like because everything was fine. Staff were helpfull, Rooms were comfortable and food was good.

Difficile de comprendre comment fonctionne les interrupteurs pour l’éclairage. Prévoir un petit mode d’emploi pour le chauffage car pas facile de s'y retrouver avec la télécommande.

Close to the airport for connections to other cities. Breakfast was able to cater for my gluten free and non dairy needs-thank you.

Due to delays, our airline put us overnight into the Holiday Inn and included dinner and breakfast. We were too late for dinner as the kitchen had closed but went to the bar and bought a bottle of wine (€40!) Within 10 mins, we were asked to leave the bar as it was closing and had to sit in the lobby. We hadn’t been told this when we bought the wine! Many fellow passengers were stranded here and it is disappointing (as hotel guests) that they couldn’t stay open long enough for us to finish our wine at 11pm and could have offered crisps/nuts.

Location as the name of the hotel suggests - close to the airport so as always there are pros and cons. Pros - no need to mention, cons - noise of planes which take off very frequently. You can close the window and turn on aircon if the noise is really bugging you.

See above but that is understood - but to complain about the noise when the hotel is near the airport is like complaining that that a wasp stings... it's just the way things are...

Heerlijk hotel met hele vriendelijke mensen. De kamer is zo ruim, de bedden slapen lekker (zacht) en het ontbijt is top. Wij slapen hier altijd als we een vlucht vanuit Nederland hebben en parkeren hier de auto.

There was no bathrobe and no body cream available in the room !

We had a room booked for 4 people, 2 adult and 2 children, we received a room with 2 beds and only one was made, after calling the reception I was told that the room keeping does not work at 8pm, I argued that I need a place for my kids to sleeps and they gave me a blanket and two pillows without a sheet and argued that that’s what they have. The bad mattress was filthy with stains all over and I found my self walking all over the hotel looking for a sheet to let my children sleep in the bad. Extremely negative experience and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The fact that I have to be shifted to another table during my breakfast.

Our room was right near the elevator and sound of moving was scary and a little bit disturbing

Nice large rooms. It was close to airport so was little noisy until 10 pm. The breakfast and our dinner were very good. There was a pool table and Foosball table which were fun for kids. The reception staff were very helpful
